About
Perfect Central Oregon rolling terrain fashioned into beautiful golf holes by designer Brian Whitcomb. With 7000 yards of breathtaking views and challenging golf shots Lost Tracks Golf Club defines the word golf.
While Lost Tracks Golf Club is located near the city of Bend, it has the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of Ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes, and seaside sand filled bunkers. Laid out on a softly rolling terrain the old style design, without the long walks between greens and tees, invite the golfer to walk the meticulously groomed and maintained fairways.
Lost Tracks design philosophy did not include a "signature hole" consideration. Many players may consider the 141-yard 16th hole a par 3 island green, with an old railroad dining car for a bridge, to be exactly that. However, with so many gorgeous holes to choose from, we will leave that up to you. Have fun!

Dogleg City
Nice course. Classic central Oregon vibes, lush fairways, dry desert off them. Short yardage but almost every hole is a dogleg, and you often don't hit driver off the tee, even on par 5's. It was well kept, fun, good pace of play. Their signature hole to an island green is cool. The bridge to it is an old train car. Good times.

Nicely Challenging..!
We only had time to play nine holes and the starter was kind enough to put us on the back nine. So we had no one in front or behind us. The course was well maintained. We had a blast! The only negatives were the golf rate. $75.00 for nine holes per person with no discounts for seniors or veterans. The other negative was no signage directing golfers to the next hole.
Local
Course is a nice course but owner thinks it is a resort course and charging to much. It is a local course and rate should be a local rate. There is no special rate for locals.
slow play
1st we were over 15 minutes behind schedule for tee time. Then 2 4-somes in front I think were playing a made up tournament and studying putts till the grass grew!. 4 some in front was 2 from blue and 2 from front tees. Always waited till Blue hit and then moved to front. Front could have hit to speed things . Ball hunting . Blue hitters were a little over confident on their distance on 2nd shots on par 5's. Always waited till green was clear.
Spoke to Marshall and was told groups were within "acceptable" when I said 4.5 he said close. Will I go back yes just hope for better speed control on a weekday!
