About
Perfect Central Oregon rolling terrain fashioned into beautiful golf holes by designer Brian Whitcomb. With 7000 yards of breathtaking views and challenging golf shots Lost Tracks Golf Club defines the word golf.
While Lost Tracks Golf Club is located near the city of Bend, it has the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of Ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes, and seaside sand filled bunkers. Laid out on a softly rolling terrain the old style design, without the long walks between greens and tees, invite the golfer to walk the meticulously groomed and maintained fairways.
Lost Tracks design philosophy did not include a "signature hole" consideration. Many players may consider the 141-yard 16th hole a par 3 island green, with an old railroad dining car for a bridge, to be exactly that. However, with so many gorgeous holes to choose from, we will leave that up to you. Have fun!

Back to lost Tracks.
This course is normally more expensive than other local courses. I got a Golfnow special for this morning and teed off this morning around 8:30. Had a terrific round, the course was in terrific shape. I’ll definitely be back if they keep these specials going

First time out in 6 weeks but played ok and had fun!!
I love this course and the staff but....
This is a great value and a wonderful course. Playing on a weekday is no problem but the pace of play on weekends can be painfully slow. They really need an on- course marshall on heavy use days.
Nice Course
Greens just punched and sanded so really slow. Noone ahead of us. Noone behind. Gorgeous day. What's not to like.

Great weather for late October.
Good pace and a fun but somewhat challenging course.
odd place
Seemed an odd set up to me, on the front most holes went left and on the back they went right. Hot day and no water on the course and restrooms were in odd places. Some very scenic holes but only one that was connected to the course theme. Club house very nice with mementos from a Ryder Cup.
Lost at Lost Tracks
This is more of a target course.
Fairways were not well marked. This was a big negative for one of players, as they walked more than rode.
The GPS in our cart showed water on one hole, that wasn’t there..
Course could have been better marked from green to tee. There were several times we were not sure where to go for the next hole.
We pressed the button to print our score, and it did not print.

We were two groups. Some had played here before and some had not. We ALL totally enjoyed the experience

Played 18 holes with my 94 year old dad , brother . Nephew and me . Asked the desk person if we could park the golf cart closer to the greens to make it easy for my dad . They said yes any World War II vet can park anywhere . Love this course
Lost Tracks is a worthwhile play.
This was a fun golf course to play. The course itself was in very good condition. Routing is easy to follow and multiple tee choices for all levels of play. LOTS of doglegs, pretty much every hole except par threes. The greens were what I would call average speed. I like them a little faster, but they were consistent and putted true. There is ample landing area for tee shots on all the holes. The par threes all have bailout areas to avoid water hazards if you need them. Friendly staff in the pro shop and the bar area. I would recommend to anyone and will certainly play this course again when I am in the Bend area.
