Good Saturday noon pace of Play, bring your own water.
Good Saturday noon pace of Play.
Beverage cart was out and stopping by frequently.
No water fountain is a bit disappointing.
Nice course
Nice course, little easier then the East course. It was in good condition and seems to be drying out after a wet spring. Still a few rough areas, but over all very good. My only critique would be that we followed a group of six, especially on a holiday weekend.
One of our Favorite Courses
Glendoveer is really one of our favorite courses. It's just difficult enough for old duffers like us, but easy enough to feel like we've done more than chop the ground. Good amenities and really friendly people who work here.
Crazy windy day.
Aprx. 1/2 of the greens were unplayable due to crap from the trees. No effort whatsoever by staff to try to make it better for play. But I did hole out from 152 with an 8 iron .
Nice little course
West is a good little course. The course Is short, but well laid out. Played on a Saturday and finished in under 4 hours. The only negative was the little pine combs on some of the greens made putting difficult.
Always love this course
I've played this course a few times and this one was perfect conditions were great and course was in terrific shape. Pace was great and groups were well spaced. Love it!!!
Pushing the spring envelope
For one day the sun was out, the skies were clear but the 3/4 of inches of rain the day before made the course extremely wet. Plugging, cleaning, no roll out but the greens were in good condition for the wetland of the rest of the course. I’ll be back!
Drier then expected for mid March
Glendoveer West was drier then expected for mid March, Sunday 11.30am TT was playing on time, took 4hr 15min to finish, no complaint there.
Early spring thoughts
The weather was good and the greens were great but the fairways still have a lot of drying out to do. No roll out and plenty of plugging but a few weeks of less rain and it will be great.
Very wet fairways
This is always a fun easy course but this early in the year the fairways we're way to muddy and the iron shots were very hard to hit good. Greens were ok and the Golfnow hot time made it ok as well.
