Manada is Always Great

It was 100 degrees and had been hot all week, but the course was in great condition. The greens were well maintained, rolled fast and true. The staff here are great, always helpful and courteous. If I could play here every day I would.

Grumpy pro shop guy

Pro shop guy was not very friendly. Basically a grump. We always enjoy playing Manada once a year. Course was not in the best shape but that’s to be expected with rainy conditions. Pace of play was excellent. Fair price.

Man a day

Lots of people ,lots of leaves ,lots of people yelling fore, a compact layout and a lot of people on the course. Saturday tournament seemed odd to me.

Not good

Course was in rough shape. Staff has given up for the season and seem to be ok with the poor shape of everything from the clubhouse to the tee boxes. Course was packed on Saturday and management could not staff the bar with a competent bartender who took 10 minutes per transaction. She even tried to sell us hot dogs that were on the rollers for no more than a minute and even asked if we would like to tip her. Now that Parline golf course has closed Manada takes the crown for worst golf course in central Pennsylvania.
