Nice course
Great public course , challenging and well maintained, staff is friendly and the restaurant and bar is very good!
Paired with 3 other old guys
Around a 4 hour round, not bad, was a good day out.
Typical cart path only round
Heavy rain the day before, very high winds but suprisingly the course only had small branches and twigs as damage. Was very windy for the whole round. Greens were recently aerated but played ok. Cart path only made for a somewhat longer round. And with the change of weather lots of leaves everywhere and we all know what that means -a few "donations" to the golf gods (lost balls). A fun day.

The back nine was nice
Can only speak for the back nine as we had to play it twice as the front nine was closed for aeration. There was no alert given, and it was just as well as it was a pleasure playing the back twice. Conditions were fine and the layout was interesting. Would not want to walk this nine as its hilly and there is some distance between some greens (which were fast) to the next tee. Had great time, will return in few weeks to play all 18 then hopefully hit happy hour upon finishing the 18th hole which I already know will be a disaster.
First time playing
Great and friendly staff. Course layout is very nice. I think the green for each hole needs to some re-work. Numerous amounts of divots and lack of green on the hole making putting a little challenging. Other than that, challenging course will re-visit again.
This course has great features
Staff was very courteous.The lady at the front desk checking in was very helpful and kind.The starter was also kind and explain everything.The Rangers were always around making sure things go smoothly..Front and Back is like playing two different courses.Beautiful! If you are looking to invite friends or play alone I will recommend Bucks.
Two totally different nines. Front side relatively open. Back side is chopped out of the trees and has some interesting elevation changes. Greens are a litttle bumpy due to poa annua but they still roll fairly well
Like the course but greens have gotten progressively worse. Actually disappointed with how the greens roll and the lack of attention to them. In my opinion, the greens are what makes this course so challenging. Staff is great and other areas are fine.
FAIR BUT CHALLENGING
A REALLY GOOD COURSE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. LOTS OF INTERESTING HOLES. TOUGH TO PLAY IF YOUR TEE SHOT IS OUT OF POSITION. DIFFICULT TO FIND A STRAIGHT PUTT FROM OVER FIVE FEET.

With all the heavy rain recently and the 3 days with 100+ heat index we had, we have been unable to roll the greens and cut them as low as we like to prevent over-stressing them. As the weather improves, so do the conditions.
We would love to have you back again to experience the golf course in great condition the way we intend it to be.
