About
Middletown Country Club has been one of Bucks County's major golfing destinations for more than a century. Originally designed as a nine-hole golf course in 1913 by Scottish architect Alexander Findlay, the second nine was added three years later. In the many years since opening, the golf course has undergone renovations by both George Fazio and Stephen Kay. This tough course is proof that a layout doesn't have to be 7,500-plus yards to be a challenge. Although the Middletown C.C. golf course plays to a seemingly modest yardage of 6,217 from the back tees, the rolling terrain provided by its location in the scenic Neshaminy Valley makes the course seem much longer. The small greens have plenty of undulations and you'll also be faced with a variety of uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies. There are also towering trees looming above the fairways and water comes into play throughout the golf course as well.

Fun time with the friends
We played before a rain storm and had a blast. Great course wind made things very difficult. Will come back again. Highly recommended.

played this course several times over the past few years, it is in the worst shape it has ever been, for $67 would not recommend this to any one

Tee boxes were horrible. Fairways and Rough are horrible as well. Greens were hard as a rock. Not worth the money. Worth $30 in it's current condition.
Terrible
The course is terrible shape .Greens ok but hard. No water on course the halfway house closed ridiculous they had outing and league interfere with play.course is worth $25 to play if that only going to get worse as summer comes.this course is there just to steal your money.overall better to hit balls at a driving range.

Played this course with buddies it was terrible condition and experience overall NO Water on course Halfway house closed why? Had a league and outing scheduled a 4 to interfere with us and other golfers on course.This Course is NOT an enjoyable time. Nothing good about it.

Rangers
The rangers were RUDE! All of them. The last one was even waving us off the the 18th green after we were done playing. All four of us are not playing there again!

Trees Gone
Was happily surprised with overall condition of course ..
They have removed many Trees and it is visibly better ..
The Greens were pretty good and u can tell they r making a Effort to make this place better !! Will play again for sure .

Better than expected
First time playing at Middletown and was definitely better than I expected (based on the star rating). Decent value if you get a hot deal, course conditions were OK for the winter season, some fun holes, & friendly staff! Only complaint is the pace of play & greens condition (sandy due to being aerated). Was playing in 30-40 degree weather and somehow the course was backed up by two groups. Can’t imagine how it would be during the warm months when tee sheets are more full. Overall, I will be making a trip back!

16 real holes
2 greens were covered with tarps, with a temporary hole in front. Semi cart path restrictions. Doing a lot of tree clean up., which should better pace of play. Snack bar on course not open.

Once frost delay was lifted completed 18 hole round in a little over 3 hours. Course is in good shape for time of year.
