About
Linfield National Golf Club is a public course that is one of the area's best values. Formerly known as Sycamore Ridge, the course changed ownership in addition to its name. Since those two major changes, the course boasts better conditions and a renovated clubhouse. The layout has a classic links design that incorporates traditional elements including water, trees, and a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. The up-and-down of the golf course is one of the most challenging elements of the layout. The course is tight with a few adjacent fairways but this configuration also allows for a bit of extra room for recovery shots. Some of the holes at Linfield National Golf Club are quite narrow but it is still possible to hit the green in regulation. Though the course is only 6,164 yards, the rolling terrain will make it seem much longer.

Solid course
Overall this was a great course. Pace of play was great, finished a Saturday morning round in just over 4 hours. The course is very tight so there were numerous times where balls from the parallel holes came right at us but not really the courses fault. Just know that if you aren’t accurate please be courteous and yell fore to give people a heads up. Course was in great condition all around.

Pleasant surprise
Great conditions, sporty course! Course layout is very enjoyable because you have to hit all kinds of different shots off the tee. Greens where also very interesting. Pace of play was really good under 4 hours. Pro shop was friendly and helpful and the awesome food and drink after the round finished to pefection.
I can't wait to go back. 5 stars all around
