About
Linfield National Golf Club is a public course that is one of the area's best values. Formerly known as Sycamore Ridge, the course changed ownership in addition to its name. Since those two major changes, the course boasts better conditions and a renovated clubhouse. The layout has a classic links design that incorporates traditional elements including water, trees, and a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. The up-and-down of the golf course is one of the most challenging elements of the layout. The course is tight with a few adjacent fairways but this configuration also allows for a bit of extra room for recovery shots. Some of the holes at Linfield National Golf Club are quite narrow but it is still possible to hit the green in regulation. Though the course is only 6,164 yards, the rolling terrain will make it seem much longer.

Ugh
Lots of bare tee boxes. Not worth even the discount rate of $37. Much better courses around for a better value and price point.

Sunday was not funday more slower than slow day
4 some in front of us was clueless. No sense of urgency. Lined up every putt. Took forever to tee off. Always looking for balls.

Challenging course depending on your ability. Greens rolled true and smooth, reading the put accurately helps :-)!

Congested course layout, way to tight.
The conditions were great, staff friendly and everything but oh my this course, first the layout is insanely tight, greens on top of other greens fairways and doglegs running together. Very odd setup any miss hits and good luck finding your ball, and at almost any hole, people can be hitting into you from another tee box. It’s like the course was smushed into an area half the size it should be. I wouldn’t play again, non stop blind shots and tons of woods. Not for long hitters at all.
