About
Northampton Valley Country Club, proudly owned by Northampton Township, the golf course first opened in 1963. It is well known among locals as one of the Greater Philadelphia area's best courses. The layout has a classic design with tree-lined fairways and gently sloped greens. Several strategically placed bunkers lurk along the greens and there are a few water hazards that come into play as well. The par-70 golf course is a manageable 6,400 yards from the back tees. It's a traditional design that is player friendly enough for all skill levels but there are risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low handicappers. In addition to the golf course, Northampton Valley has a driving range with new range balls which is open to the public and a 10,000 sq. ft. practice green with a pristine sand trap for patrons to work on their short game.

Nice course they must be seeding some greens have holes which makes it bumpy. Also don't forget bug spray alot of nats.
Pace of Play
This was my second time playing the course and I can honestly say that my review hasn’t changed. They over book the course and the pace of play is soul suckingly slow. The only other issue I have with the course is that they do not do a very good job of tending to their bunkers. Other than those two things I really like the course. There are some challenging holes even though the course is on the shorter side. There are narrow fairways and some blind tee shots that make the course worthwhile.
Pleasant layout
Unfortunately because of the excessive heat I could only play 3 holes. My medical condition prevented me from continuing.. I have a heart condition and could not continue.
Nice course needs some love the Bunkers and greens have alot of crabgrass

Slow play for a week day.
Informed on the first tee that leagues were set to tee off at 5. Our tee time was 1. Only got in 15. To the courses credit they did issue use a gift card as compensation. If i had known of the league issue i would not have booked.
