Spring Hollow Golf Course

Overall a nice course. Some of the tee boxes looked rough. Fairways were good. Greens were fast and true but hard to get a ball to stay on chips. Staff was friendly. No cart girl on a semi hot day. The only downfall is see was those carts. The brakes didn’t work on the one I was driving. The other cart was the same way. When you thought it was in park the thing would roll. I got out and it rolled all the way into the woods. Very unsafe if someone was getting or putting there clubs away.

Front nine took just over two hours ahead, not too bad. On hole 18 and looking at the Teebox on hole 1 there’s dozens of people by the practice green. A high school match went off starting on hole 1. Had to play the back 9 again. Really like this course but don’t understand the logic behind us teeing off on the back.

We really have thoroughly enjoyed the course on several occasions. It is very challenging and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Restaurant is top notch also. Will be back much more frequently.

A beautiful weather golf day and surprisingly uncrowded course. Finished under 4 hours. Greens were in great shape Rough was deep due to recent rains. I left my cell phone in the cart and the attendant came after me before I got in my car. Thank you!.

Played early on a weekend morning. Course was in excellent condition all around and seemed to have drained well from recent rains. Pace was good, kudos to management for using 10 minute intervals. Friendly staff. The course layout was a mixed bag, some interesting holes and a few repetitive short par 4’s. Course isn’t long but has some tricky slopes on the greens and some severe uphill shots and challenging blind shots to make up for it. The white markers were set far forward of the scorecard yardage on many holes so you could get away with some weak tee shots. Overall it is a very picturesque property in great shape that seems well run and I would recommend giving it a try. There are cheaper courses around but this one is in much better condition.

Played in a twosome at about 9 am on a glorious summer Wednesday. Course was in great shape. Pro shop staff and starter were helpful and funny. I played great (always helps), and the pace of play was fantastic. Got around in 3:25. Can’t beat it!! Nice restaurant with good food and good people. Just great.

I've played Spring Hollow 2 times before. The course is always in good condition - greens, tee boxes are well maintained.

The course is challenging, greens were fast and protected by bunkers.

It was 96 degrees the day we played the day we played, with very few other groups on the course due to the heat and humidity. They drove water bottles out to us on the 3rd hole which was greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to going back.

It's a fun course to play with elevation changes. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Some of the bunkers were impacted by recent rain but they are being fixed soon. I enjoyed the overall course layout and would recommend it especially once the bunkers impacted by rain are fixed.

I play here frequently and really enjoy it. Great value for money, people are outstanding and the 19th hole is top notch. Usually pace of play is great, but not good this time. Had a foursome in front of us that was the worst kind of clueless. It’s ok to be a bad golfer, but to be a cluelessly slow golfer, where everyone drives to everyone’s ball, nobody is ready to hit ever, nobody picks up even after 3 balls in the water, etc. Trust me, I’m not that guy, and I know they’ paid their greens fees like everyone else, but the 8 groups backed up behind them would like a word. But I’ll still be back next week.

The course is in nice shape. A bit pricey for 18 holes after 3:30pm but I was pleased.

Good course for the money. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD DO AWAYCWITH THE BACK TO BACK small par 3 s on back 9 .I feel like they fudge them in .

Course is okay but much nicer courses around for $72 or less during the week... Would be fine if they were charging $45-50 but just way too much for what you get here. Bunkers weren't even groomed. I'd prefer any of these other courses: Ravens claw, lederach, Bella vista, turtle creek, kimberton, blackwood, golden oaks...

Also the restaurant is so slow.
