great time
We immensely enjoyed playing at Del-Mar for our second time in the last few weeks. It is a little dry in Western PA, but the fairways, greens, and tee boxes are watered and well maintained. Beware, you might have difficulty finding your ball in the rough or the treeline. It is a pretty course
We will be back!
We are relatively new to the area, and I love how the app shows courses we might not have found. Del Mar checks all the boxes for us. It is a relatively straight and long course that provides challenges. It allows each of us in our group, from beginner to pro, to play our own game but has fun as a family. We had a great round and will be back.
Mower broke??
Grass was not mowed like a golf course should be. Another golfer we ran into said their mower wasn’t working.
Great course. Challenging
I have played this course for 30 plus years. It has a great layout, some tough holes some easy holes. You can't find nicer people, the young man at the counter was so polite, it was so refreshing. The fairways were clean and the greens were fast and smooth. The rates are very fair. Do yourself a favor and play this course !
Nice course with some challenging holes
Third time at this course this year. There were sprinklers on the greens turned on. Had to call the pro shop to get them turned off. Greens were just aerated which would have been nice to know but we booked through GolfNow. Not courses fault. Will play again but will call ahead!
