What a pleasant surprise! This course is picturesue and in great shape. The only negative is the cart parts are in bad condition. Everything else is fantastic.

Greens were excellent....course always well kept...except for a bit wet...fairways were well groomed and clean

I have played this course in the past and this was the worst condition I have seen it in.

Challenging course. Couple of interesting holes like 12 & 14. Greens were in excellent condition. Only down side was my cell phone had no coverage since its in the middle of now where. I use my phone for my GPS so I ad to shoot blind. But overall nice course. I would go back!

First time playing this course. The back nine had many blind shots. It also seemed that a lot of the hole were fit in,a little crowded. The greens were in good shape, but the tees were a little beat up. From the men's white tees I thought it was a very short course.

Course was really nice with very friendly staff. Hole markers were easy to follow

First time using golfnow to book a tee time. So easy to use and the deal was better than the course offered if I went direct. Course in great condition and was an extreme value. Only reason round took 5 hrs is because of the Rhode Island holiday. Would put Foster C.C. On my playlist again.

this is my first review. My wife and I are playing golf in each state we are in new england. we chose Fosters because of the reviews I read on golf now. the course was in great shape. Some of the best greens I've played. Your fescue rough is tough to get use to. I would recomend this course to anyone for a great round. great food also.

Well maintained course and fun to play. The only con I had was there were a lot of blind holes on the back nine. Now that I know the course it will more fun the next time I go.

This was a nice course, but a lot of water from recent rain.
Play was slow, somehow five people managed to get ahead of us, besides that a pretty decent course.

Recent heavy rains created some very wet areas but this course the course is now very playable.. I enjoyed it so much that I have another tee time for tomorrow.

Foster's Web Site pictures do not do justice to this scenic course. The next time I play I'll take some fairway pictures to upload. It is a nice challenge with a number of blind shots and target positioning is required on several holes. Course was plush although a few holes did have pretty wet conditions. A GPS device for distance to the hole is useful as the course has no fairway distance markers. Overall a very nice experience. I'll go back...

Took advantage of a fast play on Father's Day and teed off at 6:16 am. Played in 4 hours, would have been faster if not for excessive water problems throughout the course. the greens and tees were great but some of the fairways and rough were overrun with water. Food voucher was worth it since the food in the restaurant is awesome!!

Like playing 2 different courses. Front & back were very different. Challenging greens. Very fun course. Would play it again if back in the area.

Course is well maintained and greens offer a challenge - best to play with somebody that knows the course for first time - we were teamed with two locals and enjoyed their company. A GPS is very helpful and speeds up play. Very nice restaurant/bar to enjoy after the round. If you are looking for a comfortable unpretentious course to enjoy a round of golf, this is it.

Nicely maintained but too many dog legs. Seems like they jammed the back 9 holes in. But for $35 you can't bet I.
