Challenging course
Laurel Lane fairways and greens were in very good condition. The back nine is definitely more challenging than the front. Overall a good value and pace of play was great.

played today first time. Nice people but course is wide open with no greenside hazards. Players in front were well past retirement age (I am 65) and very very slow. As we looked around us, everyone was older. The course is open and easy hence the older crowd love it. No offense to age (like I said, I am65) but my wife and I like a nice brisk pace. We probably will go back but not for a few years. boring and slow slow slow
Disappointed
I'm just disappointed, the cart paths are terrible, the 5th hole is just a major embarrassment, a lot of hard pack on the fairways
Great condition for this time of year
beginning to end, good conditions. Course in great shape for this time of year. I enjoyed and going back next weekend.

We are watching for that improvement to the cart paths and havent seen an asphalt truck yet.
Laurel Lane has spent a good amount of time this winter renovating the 5th hole. I bet you would be pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful it is now. We have also put some repair into cart paths - as we try to make improvements to the course each year. I am sorry you were disappointed. Many customers call Laurel Lane the gem of south county.
