Great value, slow play
Always a great course. They do have rangers, but they didn’t seem to speed up play to 2 very slow groups in front of us. Other than that it was a great time. Highly recommend the course if you’ve never played before. I would play it again and again.

Always a great time. Traps could use a little help. Fairways pretty good, some patches after recent drought. Greens in great shape.
Couldn’t pay me to play this course again.
They need to shut the course down. It’s not maintained at all and they’re just stealing peoples money. Don’t waste your time and money to play here. I hope the owners get their 2.2 million for the property soon.

Poorly maintained.
Understand its up for sale, but they appear to do very little in regard to maintaining the course. Its a shame .
Understand the desire to pair twosomes but when you have a player who plays from the wrong tees, and will not shut up about his own abilities it makes for a very long round.

Course Has Seen Better Days
During the past few years, Tangle has been up and down as far as condition. I have seen it in excellent shape and somewhat scruffy. Yesterday was a bit scruffier than I like to see it. Have a high regard for Tom and his crew. I'm sure weather had a lot to do with condition.

In general course was in decent shape, bunkers are in need of sand, some tee boxes are on slopes

Needs work
I have played at Tanglewood in 2022 & it needed some work then. This year it is worse! The rough was so tall that every one was losing their balls right off the fairway. The cart paths are in really bad shape! The greens were not mowed properly so the balls didn’t roll right. I will not golf there again

Condition of course
Did not like the condition of the fairways. I thought they would be more manicured without a lot of rough spots. Greens were ok. Course needs work along with club house. My fireside was not impressed.

Course conditions terrible
Greens were some of the worst I’ve ever played. Although they were punched, they should be in much better condition by May. Fairways patchy, rough was torn up, greens were rolled and not cut.
