My favorite course to play at
It’s a great course, just tend to get stuck behind slow groups of 4 players most the time.
Great, fun course
I really like the course. Links style course on the shores of Lake Cleburne. Not a long course with very few bunkers. Best Hamburger around. Friendly staff.
Mid Week Golf
Played Wednesday, 9 AM tee off
Good pace of play, other players were friendly enough to let me play through as I was a single.
Overall fun time, course was in decent shape for this time of year.
Excellent experience
Excellent in all ways. Great day of golf. Very pleased. Only one green had any sort of aerification bumps. All the rest were perfect. Well done, especially in these COVID times.
Good course to play
This is a good course to play any time. It is Texas in the summer so it was hot but the pace is fast. I was able to play 18 in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend it.
A great golf course
The course was in great shape, the staff was awesome as well as the food!!!
Great view of the lake
Staff, Billie who takes the money excellent Attitude , Liza and Brenda in the Club house are outstanding help,Matt has a great attitude knows the whole course, Felix the green keeper excellent attitude and great help,
Great course
This has been my 3rd time there and love the course. I recommend friends to this course all the time. Their greens are perfect
Confused to say the least
I am by no means a pro, and I do not know what the courses are doing in the metroplex. I do know though that other local courses are keeping their pins in and placing pool noodles or other devices at the bottom of each hole to practice good social distancing. This course however has decided to not place any pins on the green and did not let me know prior to the start of my round. I got about 100 yards out on the first hole and thought maybe the group in front of me had accidentally pulled the flag and left it down but to my surprise there were no pins to begin with and you’re basically hitting blind to the green. When I approached the green I found the full cup just sitting on top, essentially eliminating a portion of the game.
