Golf course conditions
They are remodeling the Club House. They have outhouse restrooms. The greens had been aerated and sanded the day before. This was not posted that they would be doing this when I booked my tee time. If it were, I would not have booked there. There was a "cart path only" ruling when there was NO water the fairways. DID NOT ENJOY MY GAME AT ALL. It will be a LOOOOOOONG time be for I consider playing there again. AND I will be telling other golfers this experience.
Clebourne golf course
Cart path only. Greens areated and sanded the day before. Lots of weeds, lots of tall grass and weeds
Needs mowing. Golf now did not notify of cart path only and messed up greens.
Pace of play
An average pace you should be able to play this course in 4 hours 4 hours and 15 minutes but it took us 5 hours and 45 minutes no one's paying attention
First Time Out
This is truly a unique course. It has beautiful views of the lake. The course is challenging but has opportunities for birdies. Can't wait to come back.
Nice lakeside course
Still a work in progress….but beautiful layout and scenery.

The golf course was in terrible shape, no grass in the fairways at all. Staff is still unfriendly and overall I paid $38 for a golf course it’s not in good shape
Weeds
This course has more weeds than grass the tea boxes weren't mowed so you had grass and weeds that were over 3 in tall in areas it was embarrassing I won't go back hopefully some of this poana will burn off in the summer the greens were actually pretty good for this time of year but the rest of course it's in trouble

Construction
There is still a lot of construction going on. Cart path only on some holes, but worth playing. We had a real nice time.

Poorly run. No one in the restaurant. The staff that was, there was very unfriendly, not professional. The course is was in pretty good shape for being dormant. But the staff is so unfriendly I could not recommend this golf course. .

The grass on our fairways has been dormant, as all Bermuda grasses have been over the winter months, but we have been mowing them for a couple of weeks now, so I am confused by your comment about no grass on the fairways.
