very enjoyable day of golf.
Arriving there it was noticeably golfer friendly. Parking and golf cart location were close to club house . The staff was friendly. The club house grill had delicious fresh made breakfast burritos. The course is in good condition and has several challenging holes . A good shot makers course. Greens were true and consistent. After the round we enjoyed a draft on the patio overlooking some of the fairways and greens. An enjoyable place for a round with friends.
beautiful course but to wet to play
would like to have a rain check after 3 holes we were soaked and the course would not honor a rain check because we were booked thru golf now
These Greens!!
The greens get a 5 star. Even during winter, they have kept the greens condition top notch. Very receptive and rolled true. Make sure you are watching your shot placement as you can find some putts very tricky if left on the wrong side of the pin!
Bunkers - they get a 2 star. Very disappointed in the lack of sand and condition of the bunkers.
I always love playing this course as it is a great challenge and rewards your shot shaping abilities.
Definitely will continue to come back. Please address the bunkers.

Even in bad weather the course was great!
We had a foursome and we all came away we a great experience and wanting to come back as soon as we can. We couldn't ask for a better group of people taking care of us in the pro shop and providing us food. I was hesitant to play there due to feedback on the pro shop staff but they were gracious hosts and very nice. We will be back. The course was fun to play and the greens were great. The greens were fast and fun to play.
The course has a great layout
Having played the course several times I can say the course is in great shape as always.
The staff is outstanding and always makes you feel welcome.
One of my favorite course's to play I highly recommend play there!!
A course with tradition
This course has a great history being on an Air Force Base and is a great layout. You even get an air show which can be somewhat loud but how often do you get to see awesome aircraft flying around you. Great greens and I love the layout if you are up for a challenge.
Enjoyable Day of Golf
First time playing this course. Some really tight holes along with some fairly open driving holes. Very interesting holes with a lot of variety. Nice doglegs. Excellent greens.
Groups of 2 were going off and pace of play was excellent. Friendly staff and would love to play here the next time I visit Fort Worth.
Somewhat over rated
Heard a lot of great things and reviews but didn't think the course met those expectations

Needs Marshalls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I play this course at least 2 times per month. The only complaint I ever have is the pace of play. I have had the last 2 rounds bog down to a crawl due to one slow group ( a foursome ) and they refused to let us play through (we were a twosome ). 5 hour rounds are unacceptable. If the course does nothing to help regulate these slow groups, we will take our golf dollars elsewhere.

I want to start by saying thank you for all your patronage. We do see all of our customers as important individuals to our everyday golf operations. Please accept my apology for our lack of a volunteer marshal on Monday. Currently our volunteers are working our higher traffic days, but we are always on the lookout for more help. For future reference if you experience slow play please call the Pro Shop at 817-738-8402 extension 5. At which point we can send either a Golf Professional or Outside Services Attendant to help with your concerns.

Windy but fast
A windy day so the pace of play was great. Some of the best greens I've seen this year around Fort Worth.
Soft greens
Greens were fuzzy but this is transition time of year. They said they over seeding tee boxes
Fun course
The only thing I didn't agree with is they charged me an additional 13.00 for my wife to ride along in the cart with me. She doesn't play

Course was perfect, greens smooth and fast! Tough course to beat in DFW, especially for $56.00.

Good value for price. Greens were very well kept. A lot of trees makes it very challenging! We had a great experience!

Fun for all players. Course should have managed groups better. Pace was very slow. Never saw a marshall.

We sincerely apologize that our efforts to manage pace of play were not adequate. We are always building our Marshaling Program and hope to add a regular Monday Marshal to our team soon. Great course
The course was in great shape. The layout was challenging. Well manicured. It requires you to be creative and really think around the course. It was my first time to play so the course so I didn't know how to manage it properly but I had a blast and will definitely be coming back. A little pricey though.

I have played this course 3 times in the last two years.
Due to our rain this year the course is perfect. I plan on playing here a lot more.

I am glad you gave us 5 stars even though it was raining yesterday. We would have loved to give you a raincheck, but our rainchecks are in pro-rated credits to use on green fees or merchandise. Because you booked a Hot Deal and paid Golf Now we did not receive any money from which to give credit on. I know if you call Golf Now at (855)715-0317 they will issue you a refund since we closed the course early due to weather. Hope this helps and we hope too see you again when it isn't wet.
