The Club at Rebecca Creek
About
Located at the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the Course at the Club at Rebecca Creek sprawls across gently rolling terrain dappled with mature oak trees. The golf course has had several different iterations over the years, it was formerly known as Rebecca Creek and until 2013 it was the Hawk at Rebecca Creek. There were several green and fairway improvements before it reopened under its new name. The course stretches to over 7,000 yards from the back tees and there are some tough holes but overall it's a golf course that players of all skill levels will enjoy. Trees line the fairways and there are some subtle but tricky changes in elevation. In addition to the course, there is also a driving range and practice green available.

Great Value
Unbelievable value for what I paid, fairways were consistent even though they were dry and fast, greens were in great shape, and staff was very friendly, I will definitely be going back!!!
Course review
The staff were excellent, the layout was very good, but the course conditions were at best average.. not much grass on the fairways and scruffy inconsistent greens.. overall though, very good value.. cheers
First Time on the Course
From the staff to the course and amenities, we had a good overall experience. No water or sand to deal with. Very laid back pace. Will definitely be playing there again!
Good ol’ joe course
A course for good old boys to whack around. Enjoying the comfortable environment of just hitting around. Nice place even though drought is full force.
Off the beaten path and worth the trip!
I had a wonderful time playing at this course. Greens and fairways were in good condition, and price was very reasonable. Many fairways were narrow, lined with trees, creating a nice challenge. Friendly staff with good lunch offering. I plan to return.
rebecca creek round
Nice day of golf.. Greens were a little long the front nine, most were very slow. Back nine were better. Fairways a dry and not very plush,, which is expected this time of year with little rainfall the last few months.
Worth another visit
It had been a while since my last visit, course continues to develop, greens were in very nice conditions and great golf carts upgrade! Course layout is good with no interference with homes in the community. Snack bar offered a nice selection and the oversize pool area was by great place to unwind.
Worth a new visit!
Great Value
Overall the course is a great value. Being a south Texas course the conditions of the course we’re good given the lack of rain in the last few months. The staff have always been friendly (previously only used the DR). Such a great value that I will definitely return.
Family Outing
For a course with no water hazards or sand bunkers it remains challenging because of some narrow fairways and the number of trees. For a late summer with minimal rain, the course was in decent shape, the staff is very friendly and eager to help.
A hidden Hill Country gem...great for a beginner
I almost hate to post this review, for fear that people will discover this course, and ruin my easy enjoyment of a round.
As someone who decided this year (age 50) to finally “get serious” about working on my game, this has become my favorite every day course. It’s about 3 miles off the main highway, and if you don’t know this place is there, you’re not going to stumble across it by accident. It is quiet and uncrowded, and hence, has been the perfect place to drop a few extra balls and experiment to find what works. It’s in really good shape, is fairly straight, there is no sand or water to worry about, the greens are in great shape, and fast, and the fairways are neither narrow nor wide open, but if you get off in the rough…you will be reminded that this is Texas Hill Country golf. The pro shop is small, but I don’t come here to buy shirts and clubs, I come here to get a bucket of balls, a cart, and pay my green fees. The staff, however, are extremely friendly…just like you’d expect in the Hill Country!
If you’re a simple man looking to improve at this simple, yet complicated game, this is a great place for you…just don’t come here too often. However, if you’re a loud, obnoxious, golf-righteous foursome from Austin…Vaaler Creek is just a little farther up the road!
Most improved
This course is suffering a little from our current drought but is so much improved over the last few years! If you haven’t played in a while, you are missing out.
This course is fairly straight.
Most holes were straight without many turns in the fairways. Greens and tee boxes were in good shape and very consistent. Will play again.
Fine
Course was fine. The driving range was right next to the tenth hole without protection from practicers. I was almost hit. Greens are nice and the place is kept up . With the reviews i was expecting more.
Bad
The fairways were horrible, the course layout is horrible, did not enjoy this at all
