The 14th - a nice short par 3 with a tricky green. Photo submitted by GolferJake78 on 03/01/2019

The 17th - probably my favorite hole on the course. Photo submitted by GolferJake78 on 03/01/2019
Good Course for the Price
There are some holes that still have standing water and hazards on the fairways. Hoping it drys up soon so conditions improve. Overall, our pace for 18 holes was 4 hours and 45 mins, and the course was in fairly good condition. Will play here again.
All Good
Course is in good shape. Some of the tee boxes need a little work but its easily adjusted around. Pace of play was almost three hours for nine. Definitely worth the money if you have the time.
A No.Va. muni with good location and fun to play
Herndon Centennial is not the hardest course around, but it is a good place to walk 18 at a reasonable price and easy to get to from most spots within No.Va.
In early August, the conditions were the worst I'd seen, with many fairways lost and generally unkempt. But the greens are usually good and the bunkers well maintained.
Very walkable, except for the requirement to cross the W&OD trail four times, adding to the distance.
The design is fairly benign, but you will get some variety,, from the tight tree-lined par 5 15th to a wide-open drive on 17, for example. Overall, the course is pretty short, offering an opportunity to shoot a good score.
There is a driving range, but it's not the best.
Wet Course
The area had received considerable rain and it left the course wet. Consequently, the cart rule was cart path only and that slowed the pace of play. However, it was still a good round of gulf.
Good course for money.
tee boxes need lots of work. Rest of the course is pretty nice for as many folks play.
Very good experience...
Great staff, course was very well maintained and played easily. Some better signage would help...got lost twice trying to navigate between holes. Overall....will definitely play again!
Gem in hiding
Great course in excellent condition for a municipal course. Pace of play is well managed. Challenging but fair layout.
Herndon Centennial
Great course, lots of great holes. In fantastic shape right now. Only issue I had was pace of play, need to get a Marshall out there more often. People can also have better etiquette and let faster/smaller groups play through. Definitely looking forward to the next round there though!
Brambleton GC
Course was in nice shape even after rain the night before. Plenty of challenges for golfers of all skill levels. Great staff.
A Real Gem - One of the Best in the Area
This course is probably in the best shape of any of the 10 or so courses I've played in the Northern Virginia area (though admittedly I haven't played some of the higher end courses here), especially for the price. Fairways and greens were pristine, though the latter are a little slow. Lots of good food and drink options at the clubhouse. Very walkable course that plays very short with wide fairways and is therefore excellent for beginners. There are a number of nearly reachable Par 4s and easily scorable Par 5s. Note that the white tees are the ladies' tees. The only disappointment for me is that I did not discover this course earlier. Highly recommend for everyone, but especially those looking to gain some confidence on the golf course.
Not bad
Course was in pretty good condition, greens were a bit slow but rolled pretty true. Nice price point, but it was pretty slow, especially for a weekday.
One of the best
Nothing has changed since I was a kid playing here...I mean that in a good way. Always in great shape, fun to play. Definitely recommend. If you haven't played it go play. Great for walking or riding.
