Great condition on the greens and fairways. Playing speed was outstanding

Front nine greens recently punched/sanded so were erratic. Back nine was closed so they could punch/ sand those too. Greens fees were reduced due to the course conditions. Ongoing maintenance made for a less than enjoyable round, but that's the price we pay for a well-maintained course. Still really like the layout, and will play again as soon as the greens are back to normal.

Good layout, greens in excellent condition , not very crowded. Worth the drive from Midlothian.

Greens were in great shape. Some of the tee boxes were a little rough. I played in the morning and the fairways hadn’t been cut in what looked like a couple days.

But overall for the GolfNow deal I got it was a good round

Very beautiful course on a lot of land and very well priced. Pace of play is just brutal though - 2.5 hours to get to the turn!

Six-some played in front of us and the left handed one somehow hit the top of my cart from a hole in front of us. Foursome behind us almost hit my playing partner on a drive. Stopped after nine and asked for rain checks. Will go back but not on a weekend.

One of my favorite courses wide open fairway good challenges

Played in the morning could start earlier than tee time. Due t a cancelation pace of play was good. They had a junior tour ent that afternoon were very organized and did not forget that non tourment players were valuable one of my popular places to golf

Course was finally 18 holes. Course was in the best condition I've seen in years.

My friend and I played this course today, but the grass was sparse, bunkers were mostly dirt filled with water, and the greens smelled moldy. The fungus gnats were almost unbearable. We were not at all impressed or even satisfied for what we paid to play. We only played here because of the courses close proximity to our houses. We will travel to play from now on or stick to courses we know are well maintained and are worth the cost to play!

The course was great but golf now charged me twice for the same round.

Second time playing this course, will definitely be back again. Greens and bunkers were both in great conditions. Fairways decent, tee boxes pretty rough. But overall it’s a fun course, and definitely worth the drive to Powhatan

The greens were the best part today. Some tees are bare dirt. When there is grass it hasn’t been cut in the last 2 weeks. Most fairways are bare except for the odd tuft of grass or weeds. Most bunkers are a mixture of dirt and sand. For some reason several flags were either extended front or back and within 5 ft of the fringe. Strange. Several better options in the area.
