About
LakeLand Village in Allyn, Wash. offers a 27-hole layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. It's a PGA-caliber golf course that is player friendly but still has plenty of challenges in store. The golf course is divided into three nine-hole layouts that are played in 18-hole combinations. The nines are referred to as Generation I, II, and III. Gen I and Gen II are the shorter of the three layouts and have a classic design. The undulating greens are known for being some of the best in the state, offering smooth surfaces that putt fast and true. In addition to keen short-game skills, accuracy is key on this golf course since several of the fairways are fairly narrow and there are out-of-bounds and water hazards throughout.

Great Day at Lakeland Village
Lakeland Village is a favorite place to play. They have awesome deals when booking through GolfNow.
Course was in great shape when I played. The greens were fast and true. There were few ball marks and they were all repaired. The fairways were neat and well mowed. A few areas were marked as ground under repair due to damage from wet winter weather conditions. These areas were showing improvement and should be playable soon. The rough was groomed and clean. The tee boxes were fine. My only knock on the tee boxes is that some of them are not directed toward the fairway. Overall, my hour drive to Lakeland Village is well worth it. Now that I think about it I shouldn't submit this review - it will just increase players at Lakeland Village and I won't be able to get the get "Hot Deal".
Great Course, very challenging, good shape, wonderful greens
Nice course, played Gen 2 and Gen 3, green were in great shape, rough could be mowed a little more.
Another Great Round
This course is not fancy, but it is great to play. The fairways and greens are kept up nicely and pace of play, at least for us, has always been stellar. Nice course to walk!

I've played this course several times and it's an amazing deal for the money. Great staff, beautiful course.
Slow play
We teed off behind a group for women and there was a two some in front of them we waited and waited the whole time it was a five hour round of golf and they could’ve let us through any time to join the twosome absolutely terrible!Seems they were local women that lived on the course what a terrible experience it was
Great hidden treasure.
What a great place to play golf. I've only played generation two and three so I can only comment on them. A typical Northwest layout with abundant room if you find the Fairway. Course knowledge on a couple holes doesn't hurt. The majority of the greens are large but lots of undulation and speed. Not a tough walking course but we did ride. Look forward to playing again.
Course conditions
The would have gotten 5 stars the reason it didn't was that the greens needed to have been cut they were very slow for that reason, maint's was cutting behind us. Love the course very challenging.
Sunny Day Heaven
The course is always fun and the staff always accommodating. We had very little waiting time and the fairways and greens were in good condition.

The course USB awesome, the prices are awesome, EVERYTHING is awesome.........but. But this last time we played, the greens keepers didn't get out of the fairway until we were forced to play into the guy. Other than the the fairway mower, i have nothing bad to say about anything at Lakeland Village.
Great course for the value
This is a gem of a course located in Allyn. With all the "top courses" around this course is forgotten. It has tight fairways and large greens. The pace of play was great and the course was dry and in great playing conditions. The only negative is the little snack shop kitchen wasn't staffed so we weren't able to get any food at the turn.
Great bargain, first nice day of Spring. We played 18 and walked. Finished just under 4 hours, Love the course but it will punish you if you don't bring your A game.
Great deal for a day on the course!
I've been to Lakeland Village many times and my friend and I took advantage of a hot deal on GolfNow for $10.99 plus taxes and fees (about $15 each total). We walked and had two companions for nine holes (we played Gen II and III and they played Gen II and I). Perfect day, near summer weather in March. I gave course conditions a 4 because of some wet spots and two greens with bare patches, but it will be a 5 soon, especially when everyones spring flowers bloom. I generally don't care for layouts that go through housing, and this does, with lots of OB (which I managed to avoid, but you have to plan well) hence the 3. Haven't really partaken of the clubhouse, but amenities I've used are just fine/average. I'll go again!!
Gen 2&3
What a great course, and an absolute bang for buck. Gen 2 is pretty tight, and challenging, and the houses will scare you and are in play. Gen 3 is a blast. Good variety of holes. Course was in good shape for early March.
Lakeland Village
This course was very nice to play. It had been raining for a few days so the course was pretty soaked but otherwise good. We played the gen 2 and gen 3 first which is the newer part of the course. It is very clean and has a lot of geese which is kinda nice except for the droppings but it’s not that bad. Greens were very soft and gas even for being rained on for a few days. There are a lot of houses on the course so huge slicers beware. We then played the gen 1 original course which was a bit rough in some spots. I’m guessing it doesn’t get played quite as much but was still nicer than some places I’ve been to. It is pretty narrow and short but still challenging and fun. It was a great course and the golf now price was practically almost free to play. I would recommend for sure.
Soggy Trek
I like this course a lot! It was a rainy day after a couple of similar days so courses water levels were maxed out. Even with the up and down elevations it was hard to find a dry spot to hit from most places in the fairway. Not the courses fault but old Mother Nature! People there are so nice and provide some nice touches! I will be back when it drys out!
