Mount Si Golf Course
About
Located in the scenic Snoqualmie Valley less than 40 minutes east of Seattle, Mount Si Golf Course is known for its beautiful natural setting and panoramic views. The origins of the course date back to 1930s. The course that stands today is the result of many years of updates and improvements, and has become one of the most popular public golf courses in the area. The player-friendly layout is forgiving enough for beginners with only a few sand bunkers in play but it's more challenging than the scorecard would lead you to believe. The par 4s play short and tight and the four par-5 holes are the course's most memorable. The rolling landscape provides challenging breaks and tricky pin-placements on the greens. There are some tough holes but Mount Si is not an overly formidable golf course.

Fun course...SLOOOOOOOOOOOW
Paid for 18, got a great deal on GolfNow but only managed to get in 9. Almost 3 hours. That said, it was the first really nice day in Seattle this year and it was a Sunday. Seems like there were a lot of folks out for their first round of the year. I've played the course before and it is a fun track.
Mt. Si
Great course for the money and the views are really neat.
Great Experience
I haven't been back to Mount Si to play in probably a year and it was quite the treat. I did play in November so I can't blame the course for some standing water. Despite the water in spots the ground didn't feel squishy while I was walking. The pace of play was fantastic and I finished my round in 4 hours walking. The experience with the staff was great from the pro shop to the restaurant. The last time I played it was a poor experience which kept me from coming back. Playing around 70-80 rounds a year at some nice courses this was one of the best customer service experiences all year. I will make sure to come back and play again soon. To top everything else, the view with a clear day like I had is hard to top, a great place to play
Start with sandwich enjoy digesting the views!
Seriously a wonderful throw back to 1927 Golf with attentive old school service. Course conditions for late November were wonderful- can’t wait to play it in prime season! I’ll be back.
Easy to skip this one
An acquaintance of mine plays his golf at Mount Si so my wife and I thought we would give it a try on a recent trip west of the Cascades. The course itself is very vanilla. A lot of short fairly straight holes, especially on the front nine. The back nine has some elevation changes and is more interesting than the front. The three par fives are all gentle continuous curving holes & there are only three par threes on the course for a par of 72. The fairways are tree lined, but wide & not at all intimidating.
We both thought the course overpriced for the condition it was in and a little boring. We did love the restaurant / bar at the golf course. Stop by for a meal if you're in the area, it's worth it.
nice views
played this course for a long time, I love it in the fall when trees are turning color. really beautiful with the backdrop of the west faces of Mt Si. the course seems a little convoluted and some holes its hard to tell where the holes go, doesn't flow well, but its worth it for the scenery alone. Also the greens keeper puts the pins on or near the same spots every time i play there, especially hole 18. front left always. even though it a huge green with some really cool places for the hole.
Inexpensive course, better suited for high handicapper or who is not concerned about how long it takes to get through a round.
First time at course. Difficult to figure out where to hit your shots. Fairways are lacking of water and extremely hard. Pace of play was extremely slow. Group in front of us was painfully slow and was clueless to let faster groups play through. Two holes in front of them were empty. No Marshall on course. Easy walking course. Doubtful we will be back.
Fantastic and challenging
Challenging layout with several bling shots and very tight off the tee shots. Slope of greens are very low, but with lots of dog legs, the difficulty of the course can be appreciated. Greens were in fantastic shape, fairways were thin but very playable. Beautiful scenery makes this course a hidden jem.
Good Moderately Difficult Course
If you hit it straight you can score low. If you're off, you're likely to be in the trees. I like the variety of holes and for a public course, it's pretty fun to play.
