Mount Si Golf Course
About
Located in the scenic Snoqualmie Valley less than 40 minutes east of Seattle, Mount Si Golf Course is known for its beautiful natural setting and panoramic views. The origins of the course date back to 1930s. The course that stands today is the result of many years of updates and improvements, and has become one of the most popular public golf courses in the area. The player-friendly layout is forgiving enough for beginners with only a few sand bunkers in play but it's more challenging than the scorecard would lead you to believe. The par 4s play short and tight and the four par-5 holes are the course's most memorable. The rolling landscape provides challenging breaks and tricky pin-placements on the greens. There are some tough holes but Mount Si is not an overly formidable golf course.

Pleasantly surprised
Hadn't played Mt Si since a WSGA/PNGA event back in the 70's. At that time I was not overly impressed. I'm now a super sr still carrying a low single digit hip and thoroughly enjoyed my early morning round. Course fairways and collars around greens were firm, but if you were lucky to hit small greens they held. Might have been the light drizzle or cloudy/fog laced morning that might have added in greens holding? Still I liked that I really never needed my driver. Played 3 metal, 4iron or hybrid off most of the tees and had to work ball left & right to have best angles into greens. Fairways were wavey always seemed to be in a depression so be aware of lie. Go play it.
Great course
I love this place. The pace is always good and the greens are always in great condition. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Mt. Si as the back drop is just an added bonus.
Love morning HOT DEALS
First off the tee. Love it. Makes pace of play wonderful. Greens and fairways in very nice shape.
Average Course
This course wasn't as good as I was expecting. The holes were less than attractive. No real signature hole. Mainly a plain course near the mountains. They could accent the scenery better. Greens were too small.
First Time At Mount Is
What a beautiful course! This was my first time at Mount Si and the layout is amazing, the views make this an enjoyable course to play. It was a fun day of golf and the course was in great shape. It's a little challenging but that is a good thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great course and a great day of golf!
Beautiful course!
Beautiful surroundings with mountain views and fresh air . Staffs are very friendly too. We love this course. Playing again this week.
fantastic
This is a great golf course!! Beautiful view of Mt. Si, friendly staff and I love that you have the option of driving ranges. I love it when ever I play there.
Great views.
Mt Si has been my home course for the last 5 years as I live close and play here weekly. It is well maintained and I believe challenging for all skill levels. The views speak for themselves. The cost is consistent with other courses in the area with decent twilight rates. The practice facilities are great as well as the food in the restaurant.
Great Course
Drains water good, but a few holes need water removal.
Great Winter golf course
Hands down one of the driest golf course in Western Washington.
Even with the record rainfall, this golf course is still very playable.
I would play here more often if the Summer rate is not too high for the value.
Fun course with great scenery!
We have been playing this course for 10 years now at least several times a month. The course is kept in great shape and drains well even in winter. Great people and great golf.
Mt. SI is my go to course
I enjoy the course, it has challenging holes with a good variety of difficulty. But is a nice walk and mostly open, so I seldom lose many golf balls. Course and greens were in very good shape considering the recent rain. Folks at the course are wonderful and make me feel welcome. (Applies to both the pro shop and restaurant.)
Great Winter Course
I have learned that Mt Si is a great winter course - despite all the rain during fall season. The staff is pleasant, the course is in good shape - greens were very good under the conditions. The rates are also better in the fall/ winter seasons. There are not many public courses to choose from on the Seattle/ Bellevue areas, but Mt Si is an easy drive to/ from Redmond. I find the course more challenging than reflected by its slope. It is not long, but greens are small, par 5's are tough, par 4's are tight and par 3's have length. The scenery is awesome, but you need to keep your eye on da ball. Also, I would be remiss not to mention great food in the course restaurant. The bacon w/ breakfast is second to none.
My. Si
For the time of year it was a positive day of golf. A few sprinkles but hardly a problem if you were dressed properly. No plugged balls , and thee cart was no problem.
Nice Course with Affordable Green Fee
Well Maintained course this year. Staffs are reasonable.
Thank you stepskim! We appreciate your review and feedback!
Golfer friendly
This course was a pleasure to play. Wide open Fairways with plenty of room for stray shots without to much penalty
Nice mountain course
Beautiful scenery on this mountain course. Couple strange holes with trees in the way that are not obvious. Tight driving course. Average shape. Some dry spots. Driving range closed Tues morning☹️
Thank you for your review jcrabb! We're glad you enjoyed your round with us and were prepared for the weather!
