Immaculate 9 hole course
Being from Florida I play a lot of nice courses. Valley View is a challenging 9 hole course and is always in excellent condition. Greens are super fast and smooth. I'm always impressed with this little gem. Highly recommend if you are visiting in the area.

There is no such thing as fairway or rough... You are playing at your neighbor's big backyard. Poorly maintained and the tee boxes are the tiniest I'd ever seen... Cart paths (hilly) are in the horrendous and dangerous condition No pro-shop.. No driving range..
We paid $35 for 9 holes.. This course is $15 course... Max $20...

Great value and fun course
This. Course is great fun. Greens were excellent and we were able to play in a Wednesday in 3 hours. Great value. Will definitely go back.
Okay for the Money
This is a par 9 course. Which seems to be aimed at senior golfers and locals. Due to that it is always packed and slow. The course itself is well maintain and the staff is always friendly. Good for the price.
Nice course but Hackers rule here
A group of five just started hitting from White tees when we just hit our tee shots from Yellow. Needless to say that we had to follow them for eighteen holes. We heard them screaming “fore” throughout the round. And they were not playing ready golf either. The course was in reasonably good condition after a rain storm night before. Fairways and greens were also in excellent condition.

Found this beauty on a recommendation from our forecaddie on a Greenbrier trip! We were looking to play some more one afternoon after a round on the old White. We were set on going to Lewisburg to play the Elks & mess around a bit...but our guy steered us over to Valley View instead! Love the course- great conditions and a whole lotta fun! I live in Pinehurst & bring some buddies up to WV & The Greenbrier a few times a year- but now we ALWAYS include a stop a Valley View!!! Last trip we were enjoying cold beers on their porch with the family pooch- greens were running smooth & you can't beat the price! One of my absolute favorite spots- GREAT TRACK!!!! Thanks to the owners for giving us such a gem & such fair prices!!! Y'all are the best people in the golf biz
