Linden Hall Golf Course

No sounds of cars motorcycles. Saw lots of animals on the course. Beautiful scenery. There were nats on a few holes that were super annoying. Get rid of nats and it's 5/5

I haven't played a round with my regular partner this season when it wasn't or didn't rain. So, needless to say, it rained.

Started out wet, but finally cleared up.

This course is very nice. Very well kept and clean.

It's not one of the easier courses around, so if you want a challenge, this is it.

Several par 5's and a couple of challenging par 3's.

It rained, but the course was not bad at all. A few wet spots, but all the greens were nice.

If you haven't played this course set in beautiful SW Pa., I would say it's a must if you get the chance.

Fairways were the best I have seen in years. Greens were a bit bumpy which is expected this time of year but still had good speed on them.

used to play this with my dad years ago and very glad i went back ; course was in really good shape for the time of year and couldn't beat the hot deal price; I will definitely go back

It's a course that most people will like to play. Large greens that are in excellent shape in early April. Today was cart paths only due to soft conditions. Greens were quick but not blazing fast. If you play from the blue tees it makes a large difference in club selection

Great course, try to play on it 5-7 times a year. Course is always in great shape. Beautiful setting.

Great course and easy to score well if your a decent player.

Linden Hall is a good golf test on a well maintained layout. Much slower pace of play today compared to my other rounds here. It is a good value and worth playing.

Linden Hall is just a really nice course to play. The greenskeeper is doing a great job maintaining things. Some of the things I like: a challenging 225 yard par 3, a driveable uphill 240 yard par 4, the scenic view from #13 tee, the risk/reward of whether to carry over the water or lay up on the second shot at par 5 #6, the greens have some slope but are very fair, nice electric carts

I hadn't played Linden Hall in a couple of years, but after reading the reviews, decided to give it another try. Needless to say, I found the Tee Boxes in need of some additional attention, but the Fairways to be in great shape and the Greens to be true, but slow due to recent rain, the night before. If you're looking for a fun Course, away from the crowds and trappings of wanna-be Country Clubs, give this one another try. You won't be disappointed!!!

For over a decade and more, the 18 hole Linden Hall golf course had rightly earned a reputation of being down trotted. A lack of resources and care had pretty much degraded the once prestige name. Per conversations with other local golfers they highly recommended this course again. I can see why. A beautiful layout has been honored with impeccable upkeep. Everything from the sand traps, fairways, greens and new carts speak to the new commitment in restoring Linden Hall's reputation as a must play course.

The course was in great shape, well groomed and the sand bunkers were well raked and with plenty of sand. fairways were in very good shape and the greens were soft and holding well. I have played this course many times before but it is being kept up better than I have seen it. Overall it was a great experience. just remember bring some bug spray as the black gnats are everywhere.

The condition of the course is very good. Employees are very friendly. Some interesting holes and great views of the surrounding area. Always a fair amount of knats at this course but not overly bothersome. Well worth the drive to play.

One of the best courses in the area. Greens and fairways are flawless. Only negative is there was a lot of bugs on the front 9.

My wife and I have played this course twice in the last two weeks. It is refreshingly flat when compared to other courses in the region and would be very walkable. It is challenging enough to not be boring for the advanced player while still being fair for hackers like me. There are a sufficient number of bunkers and enough water to keep things interesting but not overwhelming for the beginner. The greens are moderately fast and the fairways are well maintained. The rough is fair, you pay a price for missing the fairway but all is not lost. Even on a busy day we did very little if any waiting. Course maintenance is very good. All in all a very enjoyable experience for both of us.

The course was in great shape! From the fairways to the greens, everything was in excellent shape. I was a single player and only caught up to one group, who allowed me to play through right away. Excellent golf course and great staff, I will definitely like to play here again.

Tee boxes were perfect, fairways very good, greens very good.

I played this course many times over the years and I was always one of my favorites. Over the last 5 years or so the course started going down hill and I stopped playing it. A friend convinced me to give it another try due to his enjoyment of a recently played round. I decided to play it again and I was extremely happy with the condition of the course. The greens and fairways are in great shape and remind me of the conditions that I was used to seeing at this course 20 years ago.
