Great track / friendly staff

My wife and I played Brown County for the first time today.It is a very nice track and the pace of play was exceptional. (18 holes in 3 1/4 hours) Additionally, every member of the staff (pro shop and restaurant) were friendly and professional. We highly recommend the course.

Beautiful challenging course

Considering how wet most courses are this year Brown County fairways were good. It was wet in spots off which was to be expected. Greens in very good shape and challenging

Wonderful Old Course - Excellent Condition

The Brown County GC is a wonderful old golf course in excellent condition. It is really fun to play. The layout of the holes is very interesting. The pro shop staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this facility for an enjoyable golf experience.

One of the best courses around

Great course for the money. Very scenic old style course. Greens are smooth, pretty fast and putt true. Fairways can be soft after rain but are in great shape. Tree lined fairways are hard to hit if you spray your tee shots. Recent tree removal around several greens has opened them up and are a great improvement. Club house and restaurant are very nice. Excellent food. The professional and his staff are friendly and remember your name. Excellent deals on greens fees on weekends later in the day.
