Christmas Mountain Village - Oaks Golf Course
About
The Oaks Golf Course at Christmas Mountain Village was carefully carved from the rolling hills of Wisconsin Dells. The Oaks is the 18-hole course and it is joined by the nine-hole Pines Course. The names of both courses are indicative of the mature woodland landscape you will find on each. The championship Oaks is a challenging but straightforward layout. You can play it well the first time you play it, so long as you are able to keep it in the short grass. Strategically placed sand traps come into play along many of the greens and there are water hazards on four holes. One of the most memorable holes is the 14th, an uphill par 4 that has three towering oak trees on the left side of the fairway that cause a blind shot to the green.

Golfer Reviews
Foursome
We had a great time again. Everything was in good shape and it is a good value.
Drinks will get you a little bit, but Christmas Mountain is worth it.
Mountain course
Started on back 9. This 9 had a lot of elevation change compared to the front 9. This was my first time playing this course and I will play it again if I come this way again.
Great layout. Challenging for bogey golfers.
Enjoyed the round of golf. Course was in good condition.
I’d recommend it.
Christmas Mountain Golf review 8/26
Greens were in perfect condition. Some fairways were a tad soggy or under repair. The staff was very responsive. I would play the course again.
Great Value
The of course had an interesting layout, and the conditions were quite good.
No water on course
I played on a 90 degree day with 80% humidity. Not a drop of drinking water on the entire course. Saw a cart girl once on front and once on back, but to not have water stations every 3-4 holes in hot weather is inexcusable. The course was in its usual (terrible) condition. I only play here because my folks live on the course. If I were 5 miles away I would never play here.
Great experience for my first ever 18
The course had a great layout and was absolutely beautiful in the Wisconsin forest scenery. Would 100% recommend if you are a golfer in the Wisconsin dells area and played great for the price available.
A lovely walk in nature
This is a very pleasant course to play, with its uphills and downhills. The front nine went quickly. The back nine not so much. There were several slow large groups. I skipped about half the holes on the back nine because rain was threatening, and I didn't want to get caught. Fortunately, a young man and a group of four young men let me play through. Not the others. I appreciated the strategically-placed toilets.
Grens need work
Glad I was able to get a substantial discount, almost half price. If I would have had to pay full price I wouldn’t have been very pleased. Greens were in not too good shape. Staff was very friendly.
Beautiful Coarse
Beautiful coarse, in good shape and not too crowded. Listen to the birds and see the great views. Greens had a few bD spots but not bad for this time of the year .
