Smallest greens I ever played greens were slow not much sand in bunkers with pebbles bad tee boxes fairways so so would not play there again paid 65.00 only worth about 30.00

Very disappointed in this course, the tea boxes for the most part were on dirt, the fairways were brown and the greens although were kept in good condition were extremely small in size. Not happy with the markings on the course, it was very hard to follow from the ninth hole to the 10th hole. The restaurant/club at the clubhouse was not open, there was no interaction with any employees with the exception of getting a cart.

Would not recommend this course to anyone.

Greens were not great. Very inconsistent in speed. A lot of poa annua in the greens.

Tee boxes, some were in really rough condition, some good.

Fairways were good.

Bunkers were very hard some in poor condition.

A tough layout. Lots of water. local knowledge is needed on some holes to stay out of trouble.

Starter didn’t show up till 9 am. Tee box all backed up no one was in charge. Pace off play was terrible. Saturday morning $100. Greens not cut. No one to get out golf carts. Golfers standing thier for a cart. Totally mismanaged

Quiet course today, greens quite good making it excellent value for money. Staff friendly and efficient.

Many greens had disease. Many fairways had bare spots. Bunkers solid sand.

Golf course is now under new ownership. The layout always challenges and penalizes a golfer who can’t hit a consistent straight ball or can’t play target golf. Tight fairways and plenty of over a hazards or water shots are required.

A little gem of a golf course that hasn’t been maintained to its full potential over many years, and only offered a dirt cheap round; yet it survived despite other nearby courses failing ( Hunter’s Creek and old Kissimmee airport as an example).

New owners are putting money and efforts in bringing it back; tee boxes are coming back, fairways are improving, around the greens and the greens are in good shape.

Greens are in less than average condition.

No sand in the traps. Hard.

Tee boxes very grim condition.

Had to wait half an hour for a cart.

Staff was pleasant.

It was a full length course. It WAS good value. T time was 3:15 and knew we would maybe get in 14 holes. That didn’t happen as single golfers skipped past us ( we were a twosome).

No marshals to curb this.

Play took 5 1/2 hours. They jammed us in behind an outing. Don’t go if you value your time.

I’m really excited about the improvements to this course. I typically play the same four or five courses, the Oaks will be a great course to add to the selection. I will be starting a skins game on Sundays here.

Pace of play - could have been better.

Course conditions- maybe better than before but needs work. Tee boxes are mostly dirt, fairways need more grass, but the greens are really good. Saved it from a one star rating. The lady’s tees are really ugly.

Staff - Friendly. The starter was friendly but not informative about the course.

Value for the money- $50 would be fair considering the conditions but they may need the money to remove some dead trees, level tees, and fertilizer. Maybe some grass seed.

Course layout - You will need carry your drive 220 on a nice day to carry many lakes on the front nine holes from the white tees on a nice day. 250 on a windy or cold day. We played on a cold windy day. My carry is 190 - 200. I enjoyed the Gold tees.

Over this place has improved with new ownership. 74 buck for Oaks National is a little crazy. Greens really good compared to the past.
