Remington Golf Club

I played on a Saturday afternoon. Showed up a few minutes early and was told to head out as soon as i was ready. Played solo and only had to play through two groups all day...finished in around 3 hours.

Unfortunately, Remington seems to be going backwards. It has never been a five-star course, but earlier this year, it was at least in much better shape. The greens used to be in good condition, but that’s no longer the case. It’s clear the course is in need of some serious TLC.

On the positive side, the prices are great, and the staff is friendly. For someone like me who is relatively new to golf, it’s still a good place for a practice round. I just hope they invest in some much-needed maintenance soon, because the course has the potential to be much better.

Even though there has been a lot of dry weather the course was like a bog in some areas. People had driven maintenace vehicles thru these areas which madenut even worse.

Greens were poor fairways worse.

Went to my 7:52 tee time only to find the course closed. No sign why or anyone around. Finally got hold of its sister course, Kissimmee Bay and they said Remington was closed due to flooding but I could come by their course and play. That was a mistake as I quit after 9 holes because that course was a mess from flooding. Can't do anything about excessive rain, but how they handled it was awful

Nice course. I haven’t played here in years. Half the greens were aerated, and the bunkers need attention. Good value for money.

This is by far the worst course in 20 years of golfing I’ve seen or played. They should pay you to play it. The conditions here looks like a 3rd world country.

Played here several times over the years. I recommend you call and ask them how wet the course is. Saturday you needed a 4 wheel drive golf cart. Very wet and muddy.

Never lost so many golf balls. Paid 45$ which included a burger. Wet weather lately and it was in bad shape. They just fixed up the greens last year but they are falling apart again.

Still enjoyed the course just the same.

Played today, had to take casual water relief from a tee box. No cart paths ruts everywhere, balls lost in fairway, plugged. Course should be closed when it's this wet. Liked the layout, greens were slow but true. Wife ruined her golf shoes, black muck. Will never play here again.

Nice track but needs a bit of care. Traps were overgrown on many holes. Tee boxes were a bit bare. But a good layout.

This is a nice track, some challenging holes. I played mid August so it was a little wet, not the course fault we will leave that to mother nature. Pace of play i didnt get to challenge as I was the second out and played solo. Great place friendly staff nice propert. I recommend this for a round.

Can not complain for $30 but you got what you pay for.

Great staff! Course in poor condition. Broken concrete on cart paths, restaurant never open-a few drinks and snack cakes at check-in, very minimal pro shop supplies, no water along course (in Florida at 95 degrees), no bathroom along course, just an outhouse, no 9-hole rate, no ball cleaners along course, poor grounds-holes everywhere, unfilled divots, bare patches, tufts of grass. My biggest complaint is that the course charges too much for being not a great course-$50 for a “hot deal”.

Course is never pristine but best shape its been in awhile. Greens were the best I have seen. Fairways decent .

3/5 stars. The fairways were in good condition, but the greens were very slow. There was also no water available and no restrooms accessible throughout the entire 18 holes, which was disappointing, especially on a hot day. Overall, the course has potential, but these issues significantly affected the experience.
