The Champions Club at Summerfield

Played 3 days because of price and available tee times. Greens and traps were in great shape but fairways were a little rough. Pace was a little slow due I think because folks were playing tees they had no business playing. Staff very friendly. I would definitely play next visit.

First time playing the course and I am thoroughly impressed. Every hole stood alone …. My type of course. Great layout and the greens were fast, healthy and rolled true. Looking forward to playing this course again .

Today the corse wasn’t too busy so our foursome moved right along. The greens were in great condition as was pretty much the rest of the course. We enjoyed our round as usual. The young man who does the carts and bags was super friendly. The people in the pro shop and Andrew the starter are always friendly.

I haven’t played here in 5 years. The place is in fantastic shape! This is peak season right now so I didn’t mind paying $100. Best value golf around. I cannot wait to come back in a few weeks.

Love this course, the staff, and if it’s a little more expensive than some places it’s because it’s a better golf experience. It’s a first class operation!

Challenging but if you keep the ball in play very fair. Loved that most of the course is out away from any homes. Very picturesque

Visiting from Atlanta to get away from the cold and this course was exactly what i needed. Greens were perfect. Extremely fast. You pick the right line and it’s going in. Struggled with chipping because of the sandy grainy Bermuda grass around the greens so emphasis on hitting greens and fairways! I thoroughly enjoyed it though.

Champions club is one of the best public courses to play in the area. The greens are in spectacular shape and they play very fast for a public track. The greens fee is very fair for this course and I would recommend playing here.
