great layout
at this time, the course is in the process of being updated.
The greens need to be updated, and the bunkers re sanded. Once they get done fixing the greens and fairways, which will be soon, this is a great course.

The new owners are really working on the course but the greens need a lot of work.

Great Staff!
We played late on a Sunday afternoon. The course was in good condition and it looks like the current staff are trying to return it to the excellent condition I remember from years past. While waiting for my party to arrive I was given a small bucket of balls to hit which I thought was generous and after three of my party didn't show, the staff refunded the greens fees for the missing players! Very satisfied with all aspects of this experience!!

Excellent layout challenging
I thought the course challenged almost every shot. It has lots of bunkers, fairway and green side all in great shape. It has water on a number of holes. Greens need some work but not bad for this time of the year. Staff was very good to deal with. I will be back again. Price was decent.

Very challenging back nine
Course not in good condition, particularly the greens. Could be due to the time of year.

Really nice coarse!!!!
The coarse was in pretty good shape for winter time. Staff was very friendly and I had a great time!

Upcoming Golf Course
The course has made great improvements under the new ownership and they continue to move forward with more. The plan as I understand it will be to get the grass growing all over the course and the greens in to top shape. The sand traps have improved greatly and moving in the right direction.
The practice putting green needs to be restored and practice tee boxes upgraded.
All the playing tee boxes need to be restored to a playing condition and tee box markers maintained better.
All the things you've mentioned that needs to be improved, have already been improved as much as they are going to be. New ownership has seen reality. There is not enough revenue to do the things that need to be done to fix this course. All fixes are very short lived on this course.
Great Layout
The layout is very challenging, lots of bunkers in great shape, some water holes, fairways rolling, greens challenging for putting. The new ownership has really whipped this course back into great shape. Lots of challenges but it is a fair track.

Ok course all around.
However...I don't like courses (this is one) that allow folks to start on the back nine when somebody (me) is just getting off #9. Bad management.
Very bad management. But 5hey don't care.
