Overall good experience
Only negative would be that the greens are not in the best of shape, overall the course was okay. I like the layout, fairly new golf carts and cart paths were in good shape.
New Ownership making great strides
I played the course has many great holes and is bunkered well and par 3's have great water features. The new owners have put great effort in restoring the golf course back to GREAT SHAPE. Priced reasonable. A must play.

Needs watering
The course layout is great greens needed to be repaired fairways were dried out I’m sure they’ll make this a great course again

Stonecrest Golf Club
This could be a great golf course. I have played it a number of times and never know what conditions I will end up with. Once I had bad fairways and good greens and another time bad greens and good fairways. It has a very nice club house and friendly staff. This course just needs some TLC because it has a great layout and very scenic and tough par 3 holes.

Conditions could be better
As the title states but the layout is awesome!! PGA Professional was very nice and cautious.
some rough spots
Nice course. Interesting to play. Greens are fast and some in pretty bad shape (need repair). Bunkers (there are lots of 'em) need grooming. Nice variety.
Nice design, ok conditions
Plenty of water carries and elevation changes make Stonecrest not your typical Florida course. Greens are spotty,, ranging from just barely average condition to poor. But shotmaking here is fun, with lots of focus and judgement required. Huge traps on many of the holes. If you have not played here before, you will certainly be impressed, if you can overlook the somewhat marginal conditions. But well worth the price!
Good Condition
This course continues to be in pretty good shape. They have not overseeded the fairways this year but the greens and tee boxes seem to be coming ok. The front nine is ok, and the back nine is special.
Nice water holes
Stonecrest has multiple holes with shots over water for the golfer that likes a challenge and a view.
Not a review...I like the course. I filled out this page just so I could SEND.
It was raining at my tee time. I waited for the shower to pass but it hung on. I then went to do some shopping and am only now sitting to ask for a refund but I don't see that option at this time.

Good layout, good pace, price was reasonable...
Overall not bad... I liked the layout of the course and the pace of play. The cost was very reasonable. Greens rolled surprisingly faster then they looked. (There were some weeds on the greens which looked odd). The sand traps needed some attention as did the rough. I do recommend the course and will play here again.
Greens
Greens are in terrible shape. You can't judge your putts because they are so bad. Stay away until they are fixed.....
