Sad
I bet this was a gem in its day. The layout is good, the people are friendly,, the price is cheap. Th be fare, great sand in the otherwise unmanicured traps. The subdivision and the course feel as if they are both near death.
Greens need help
The greens were bumpy with Poland growing throughout and in fainess the were just fertilized

Pace of play
We were behind a 5-some and they could have picked up the pace a little as we were a foursome. Nobody in front of them. There was a twosome behind us. When we finished 18 we noticed the 5-some started again on number one! Members? Greens still pretty lumpy.
I could not recommend this course to a friend. Greens were terrible the amount of Poana that is growing and made putting very difficult. Fairways were in poor condition as with conditions around the green also were very poor. It’s a nice layout but the course just needs a lot of fertilizer a lot of weed and feed and a lot of water.

Fun Course
Really enjoyed playing this course. I’m going to say that you have to place every shot and prepare for a bunker shot if you don’t hit the green. Tee boxes are super hard but flat. I can deal with finding a soft spot when the tee box is flat. Practice area has everything you need and well maintained. Driving range is short, so no drivers. Can’t wait to play again and see how much better the course gets as summer approaches.
Winter golf
We played late in the day but the last day of February that being said the course was in decent shape for that time of the year. Would love to play it when the greens were in better shape.
Challenging Fun Course
Reviewing in Late February, fairways and greens were as expected. The layout is quite challenging. Many elevation changes, uphill shots to greens, tight fairways. More course experience will be a plus. Will definitely be back.
