Needs some TLC

Great course and great environment. 3 downfalls of course 1- terrible cart paths 2- sand traps are more like water traps 3- bathrooms on course are locked and in poor shape. Please spend some time and money to bring environment up to par. People in the club house are very friendly.

Leaving the Club

I have been a member for over two years. Never met the Director of golf until he decided to come at me over duplicative tee times, which was a system error, not a player error. He berated me in front of people whom I invited to try the course, needless to say, they won’t be returning.

The waitresses are super slow, there’s rarely range balls and if you have a morning tee time- don’t bank on breakfast or coffee because they cannot arrive on time or get it together.

With RTJ several other options nearby for a more affordable price- go there. These bunkers are full of water, the back 9 smells like sewage and the people are not great.

Always a Gem

This place gets better and better every time I play it. And if you haven’t tried the food you are missing out. Maybe the most underrated part of the club and that’s saying a lot because it’s all a 10 out of a 10

Fun Course - No GPS on Cart or Layout on Card

Great Course, good layout but challenging without a cart GPS, pin placement or course layout.

Driving range was out of balls…

Greens were in good shape

Some bunkers were extremely wet.

Some tee boxes were so compacted that you can’t get your tee in the ground (played from Blue)

Excellent Golf Experience!

This course has seen significant improvement in the last few years! Absolutely stunning course with breathtaking views from start to finish. The course is in excellent shape. Greens roll true, fairways are pristine and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. One of the best golf experiences anywhere in Alabama!
