staff is fantastic and helped with everything i needed. The course is challenging but very nice. played a 4 man scramble and still finished within 4 hours with college tournament going on, the pace of play is very solid

were very soggy! I’m surprised they did not enforce

cart path only. The greens were in great shape!

We played twilight after 1pm and the course is really good shape except for the sprigging but that is required! We arrived early to eat lunch and our hot dogs were old and had soggy buns! Hot dogs at golf course need to be fresh and not look like something that’s been sitting under a heat lamp or from previous day! Golfers love their dogs, so make them fresh and give the golfers something to look forward to when making the turn!

One of the best places to play golf in northern Alabama. Great lay out and the most friendly staff around. They are rapidly improving the fairways after last year's freeze. Love this place.

Course seemed to be hit hard this summer, but have already seen major changes since the last time I played. Customer service was again an A+

Another great day at Cherokee ridge. Our only complaint was there was a group of 5 ahead of us and they were playing a little slow.

Cherokee Ridge is a good course but is in terrible shape right now. Large swaths of the fairways are unplayable. The greens range from dry and hard to wet and spongy. I do believe they’re doing all they can to remedy the issues, but for now it’s not a desirable course to play.

I really enjoyed the views and the course is well maintained. Lots of slow groups that we passed and had to skip several holes just to be done before dark.

I rode with club member which made navigating the course quite easy.

@nd hole was a par 4, but was very long ,seemed like a par 5. 2nd shot was uphill so distance was very important. Many hills & side hill lies.

First time playing this course. Very impressed by the extreme friendliness from the staff and starter as this is a country club and none of my foursome were members. Tee times were separated by enough time that we only waited on one hole and no one ever waited on us. This was a SUPER PLUS for the course as I can't STAND waiting for a group on every dadgum hole when the course squeezes tee times. Cart lady and snack bar staff were SUPER nice. Starter was extremely polite. Range, putting green, and chipping area provided plenty of room. There was a LOT of ground under repair in the fairways Hopefully, they can get some grass growing back in those areas. My biggest negative is simply that there was no hole layouts. My 1st time on the course and I had NO idea of what was over the next hill, how the hole played, or what the yardage was on a dogleg because there were no signs on the tee box OR layout on the scorecard that indicated what the hole looked like. Love the course WILL be back again!!

Made significant improvements this year. Still needs fairways fixed. I would suggest over seeding for winter play and help protect Bermuda

Amazing track. Club just punched their greens and even with the our group couldn't have had a better experience. New Director of Golf Oren was a pleasure.
