The course was in pretty good shape for the kind of weather we’ve had. Only the pro shop was open so no drinks or food available. Unfortunately, my foursome was behind walkers that played every shot like it was the US Open on a chilly day...:( and no starter at course. With that being said... couldn’t beat the hot deal!
PA. February golf
Course was very wet but we knew that from the start, considering that usually is covered with snow it was a treat!
Great play/slow pace
Great course with some challenging holes. It rained heavily the past few days and day of our tee time and the course was in still great condition. Only issue was the pace of play. No rangers came out to push the people ahead of us along who were hitting three balls each it seemed. Other than would recommend to all.
Great Layout
Other than tee box temp. repositioning the course was enjoyable.
16 is a temp green...get it in the 1st circle.

Great bunker improvements and the ongoing irrigation project should improve conditions greatly in the future.

Other courses offer better conditions at the same price.
Pace of play was very poor.
Far to many pairs of two permitted to go out. Sometimes 3 groups waiting on the tee.
A true Gem
This course is great. It's my favorite place to play in Montgomery County
Play if you get a good deal
This course is good if you can play for the price of a large bucket at the range. A lot of overlapping holes where the green ends at the next tee box or half way through the next hole. Rather dangerous proposition on a busy day.

We play this course a lot. A very challenging course but fair. Good price. Don't play on weekends way to crowded.
Good Course, Good conditions
I play at Skippack golf pretty often, at least 2-3 times a months
Its fun course, although I wish pace of play could be bit more managed by rangers
overall condition of course is great, tee box and green are always being fixed
fairway conditions are good. I like the fact that skippack golf course takes seriousness of maintaining well condition of the course.
Probably won't return
Too many players using tees good difficult for their skill level, or holding up play by waiting to hit when their BEST EVER shot wouldn't reach the players ahead. THe course is laid out with many holes paralleling another so errant golf shots constantly come onto your fairway.
Say what?
Only reason staff got three stars rather than five is what said to me when I went to get my cart
Staff inside pro shot was friendly and welcoming and when he gave me the receipt told me to tell the gentleman outside I made an online booking.
I did that but then was scolded that "because you're just a single, if we were busier, I would send you home and tell Golfnow to refund your money. They (Golfnow) know we don't take singles."
I just wanted to play and did so. But I did call Golfnow about that treatment. I travel often and have booked as single many times with Golfnow and have never been treated like that.
If the course felt that way then it should have let Golfnow know. Furthermore, I was not the person that employee should have had an issue with. All I did was call Golfnow to book a round.
PS. I've played that course at least 20 times the last couple years and like it. But if they ever treat me like that again I'll tell every local golfer I know to avoid playing there. It was total bush league.
