Riverlands Golf & Country Club

The greens are soft and not as fast as they used to be. Course is aging and needs a face lift.

By far the worse experience I have had at a golf course. Got a hot deal for 11:30. Showed up at least 10:35 and there was no range balls. So we went to the first tee box and there was a group of 25 surrounding the first tee box for a members cash game that they said plays every Saturday at 12. Went into the pro shop and asked what was

Going on and one of the members got crazy saying they play this every Saturday and they don’t control golf now so it’s not their fault. Eventually we go outside and they tell us to go ahead and all 20 were very rude and verbally confrontational. We skip the first hole and go to hole 2 where there was a group of two individuals that haven’t played often and weren’t of par. So we wait and finally tee off as we tee off another two some cuts in front of the par 3 which was hole two and sits on the tee box in front of us skipping the 20 some we were infronted by. No worries but all in all terrible experience not to mention one of the 20 that was on the members crew tries to verbally in salt us and want confrontation with a pond inbetween us saying we were holding them up with that same group we started behind behind us because we passed them not stopping after front 9 horrible experience cause of members but a nice course

Course was in good shape. Greens were in great shape.

The course is always in good condition. The layout is very nice. The staff is courteous. Always a nice afternoon.

Riverlands is a nice well maintained course that is great for an enjoyable round. There are some challenges, mostly on the back 9, but overall you can have a good round without getting into too much trouble.

Better greens than most other area courses including the so called upscale courses. Crew always mowing and no rough to speak of. Fairways are thinning due to change of seasons but that is the case everywhere. Unless you are a 6 or better handicap, don’t be fooled by the “easy” layout.

It amazes me that some golfers recently rated this course poorly. Must be the foursome that takes divots on par 5 tee boxes and don’t use sand buckets or repairs ball marks. Yeah looking at green for five minutes for triple bogey. The worse and most inconsiderate golfers will blame the course. Truth is it is always freshly mowed and greens roll true. Minor issues with weed patches but that will be corrected with aeration in couple of weeks. So go play elsewhere and take some lessons before you whine about the course.

Always freshly mowed with no glaring bald spots or unplayable areas. Greens roll nice despite some patchy weed roots. Layout is boring with only two holes with water guarding green - reflects vintage course design. Overall good value if priced under $25.

This course is by far kept up. The fairways are rough and the rough is impossible to hit out of. If you even find your ball. The fairways are narrow and the greens are tiny. 25 dollars on week days is the only time the course is worth the money. Avoid if you can

Great course great greens fairways all around awesome course

If you play weekdays for a mere $25/round you are getting more than a bargain. Fairways are narrow but always cut and the greens are in good conditions and a challenge for even the better putters.

Riverlands used to have the best greens around. The last few times I played here the greens are getting very slow and bumpy.

Also the bunkers are not being kept up. Alot of them had grass growing in them and were not even bunker anymore.

Nice layout. Small greens w subtle breaks. Fairways were to long.

Worst I seen riverlands in years. greens used to be awesome but now they are slow and starting to look bad. weeds all over the course and the bunkers were in terrible shape. Wasn't like this years ago.
