Riverlands Golf & Country Club

If you play weekdays for a mere $25/round you are getting more than a bargain. Fairways are narrow but always cut and the greens are in good conditions and a challenge for even the better putters.

Riverlands used to have the best greens around. The last few times I played here the greens are getting very slow and bumpy.

Also the bunkers are not being kept up. Alot of them had grass growing in them and were not even bunker anymore.

Nice layout. Small greens w subtle breaks. Fairways were to long.

Worst I seen riverlands in years. greens used to be awesome but now they are slow and starting to look bad. weeds all over the course and the bunkers were in terrible shape. Wasn't like this years ago.

Beware greens recently aerated , very bumpy.

Apparently have decided not to put sprinklers on tee boxes or mow some fairways also. I generally enjoy this course because of value and consistent level of care . But today seemed like maintenance had been shuttered for several days. I’ll be back but gonna give it time.

First time playing the course. My expectations were not high and was not disappointed. I knew the course was a basic back and forth layout. Except for one hole, that was true. Got a $10 Saturday deal and. now I know why. Greens were just aireated [big holes] and sanded. Ball bounced all over the place. Fairways had not been cut in a while. Mixture of various crazy grasses. Nope, I won't return.

The course is fun to play. The greens are in good shape.

Hey wanted to play somewhere different so I decided to take a ride to la place to play Riverlands when I first got there I was told to make sure to eat after the round cause the best chef in town was in the kitchen(I didn’t)...I was a single so the other golfers waited and let me tee off first the whole round there was no one behind me or in front of me felt like the course was mine most holes are strait down and back but there are some water holes (par 5 over water on tee shot and a par 5 hitting second shot over water) as well as the 18th hole a downhill par 4 that you have to hit a good drive cause green is guarded by water.....overall fun round enjoyed and will be back

Played this course for the first time. Got a deal to get in as a friend knew a member. Friendly staff. Very Covid minded. Members were chipper and pleasant. Which is nice as most places I go they aren’t real pleased to see outsiders. Not these guys. Nice, knowledgeable, and outgoing. Course was in good shape. Was alittle waterlogged due to heavy rain the night before. But I was impressed with the drainage. Greens were ok and seem to be getting better or so I have been told. I had a good time and I look forward to going back.

This course was in great condition with nice greens. It has some challenging holes, but overall it's pretty forgiving. Great place to relax and enjoy a round.

I am not a member. The staff as usual was awesome. A sign by the register in the pro shop said the 90 degree rule was in place but the course was bone dry. I found this to be a little odd but it was only a minor inconvenience.

As a twosome we came upon a foursome of members on the 12th hole. They made no attempt to let us play through. This is not the typical behavior of their members that I have experienced in the past. They each had their own carts and at least two carts were unique so I’m confident they are members. So we waited quite a bit on tee boxes and in fairways. Especially frustrating was on the par 3 14th where two of them ‘laid up’ and yet still didn’t wave us through.

But this foursome will not dampen my desire to play this course. I like the staff and the course layout very much.

The weather was perfect. The course was in good shape for early March. Greens rolled true.

Our twosome finished in 3 hours without rushing. The pace if play was great with very minimal waiting (a hole or two). The bunkers have been upgraded with excellent sand.

The restaurant staff was very friendly, as usual.
