Dry but cold weatheted
Course is usially in good condition but lots of rain and cold weather has affected it. At least the course was dry.
Well laid out
Always enjoy Riverlands, particularly their specials. Glad to see them re-working the bunkers. Course lay-out and scenic views are very pleasant,

Had a great time...nice course with nice size fast greens...Good pace of play...will play there again
Great Greens
This was my first time to play Riverlands. They are working on some of the bunkers and there were some that still needed repair but I am glad they are putting forth the effort to have a quality course. I would say that for a mid priced golf course these were some of the best greens that I have played. I saw no bare spots after an extremely dry month (Nov. 2017), so they are being cared for. They also were fairly fast and very true.
Great Value
The price is right for this course. The Greens were fast and firm. The Fairways were in good shape and are generous.
The Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative is the condition of the bunkers; but those are currently being upgraded. There is good variety on the holes with some of the Par 5s being reachable with a good tee shot.
Solo golfer
Greens rolled good, need work on bunkers, not bad for price.
Will play again.
Over-concern with carts by staff.
It rained the night before. On a bright sunny day, I played in the afternoon. This course drains very good and carts did not have to be cart path only.
Course in great shape. Always a pleasure to play there.

Great afternoon, course was very good, greens were in very good shape, had a blast!
Fun course
I enjoy playing this course, as the layout is nice and the pace is usually pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which helps on my overall rating since the bunkers do need a lot of improvement.
This course dries out faster than most.
I play this course a half dozen times a year and always enjoy it. I seem to make more putts, especially long ones and shoot some of my lower scores here. I booked it online for $15 with cart. The best deal around. Met up on the back nine with a couple guys from Houma that were playing here for the first time and they both agreed it's a great deal and a fun, nice place to play.
