Another great round.
Course is in good condition except for the bunkers which need major work, The high winds have made several holes extremely challenging, but others have played much easier, so it is a fair trade off. Staff is always very friendly and courteous and the price has been very affordable.
Bad bunkers
The bunkers are terrible. Hard and no sand. They at least need to churned up.
Greens are bad and have been all year
Course layout, tees, and fairways are good. Greens are bald in some areas, bad grass in others on nearly every green.
Hopefully, overseed will fix it this year.

Greens are fast and rough. Sand traps rocky and hard.

Fairways in good condition. Sandtraps have no sand, rocky. Good reason to stay out of them. Greens a little dry and hard but playable.

Played in the afternoon alone. Followed a slow foursome and skipped #2, but at $23 wasn't too concerned. The course layout is varied and fun...but the course was not the best of shape, but playable. A good day to play it as a practice round. Occasionally played 2 balls or practiced extra chipping and putting without holding up play. Finished in under 3 hours. The price was appropriate. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Course maitenance in progress
This is what I think it is: Maintenance in progress. Sand traps are a DISASTER. In fact, no sand at all. A geologist can tell the lst time they rack the bunkers were long ago. Greens need a closer look too, the ball was airborn 50+% of the time. I like torres but it has changed in the past few months.
