About
Built along the Santa Cruz River, Haven Golf Course offers scenic views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Built in 1967, it is Green Valley’s oldest golf course and the only course in the area where walking is allowed. The landscape is covered with mature pines, palms, and eucalyptus trees. There are water hazards and strategically placed bunkers coming into play, but overall the golf course has an enjoyable, player-friendly layout. In addition to the 18-hole course, the Haven Golf G.C. facility features a nine-hole, par-3 golf course called Tortuga. There is also a complete practice facility with all-grass hitting stations that provides excellent short game practice.

Final Rounds of the spring
Tees and greens are great. Some fairswaYS starting to have brown spots. Traps are typical for AZ. Pace of play was great. Finished in 3:40

Enjoyable round of golf. Good course layout and nice wide fairways. Will be back.
Good Course
Haven is good the wind was extreme Sunday and made it a tougher time, had some slower golfers in front that need to learn to let people pass so it keeps the pace for all not just them
Nice course- good value.
Very nice course, tree lined, minimal desert conditions. Greens are firm but roll true. Typical that bunkers could use some sand, but not too many rocks in them at least. Everyone we dealt with were so friendly. We were just passing through the area and found this course….worth the stop.
18 holes at Haven
My partner and I really love playing this course. It’s the most senior age group user-friendly that I know . We have to drive from Tucson but it’s well worth it. Sometimes during the hottest part of the summer, we make it a point to play at Haven because there are lots of shade trees that you find escape from the blistering Sun . There’s also an abundance of water which really helps cool the air down.
Good Course
The Haven is a great course that will challenge you depending on the tees you play. They have four sets of tees which will challenge you, especially from the back tees.
A great course for the money, it's truly a gem. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are in great shape. You can pay more to golf in Green Valley. But why? I would recommend this course to anyone visiting Green Valley Arizona. You won't be disappointed.

Ground Crew
Kudos to the grounds crew! The Greens, Fairway and sand traps were in excellent condition. With the amount of traffic this course gets they really are doing a great job!!
