About
Built along the Santa Cruz River, Haven Golf Course offers scenic views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Built in 1967, it is Green Valley’s oldest golf course and the only course in the area where walking is allowed. The landscape is covered with mature pines, palms, and eucalyptus trees. There are water hazards and strategically placed bunkers coming into play, but overall the golf course has an enjoyable, player-friendly layout. In addition to the 18-hole course, the Haven Golf G.C. facility features a nine-hole, par-3 golf course called Tortuga. There is also a complete practice facility with all-grass hitting stations that provides excellent short game practice.

Course in great shape except the traps. There is no sand. They are unplayable!
Winter review
Well it's winter time but it's playing like summer because it was 88° course was fantastic my round not so much but everything else was great. No food but very friendly staff.
Lots of non golfers in the bar.
Nice course
Enjoy the course but was back up from the start. Which is not good waiting on every hole makes for a long round.
Always Enjoy The Haven
The course is in good shape, especially for a public course. It seems very busy; however, we were able to complete the round in 4 hours.
The only "fault" is that we live in Tucson and have to drive in order to play here; otherwise, we would play more often.
Always a solid choice for a round
Once again Haven is what you'd expect. Lower cost but good golf. Fun round and great staff. Course was in good condition and pace of play was as expected for a course full of novice to intermediate golfers. You get what you expect...
Good course for the money
Haven is tougher than it looks because the greens are mostly domed and hard to hold.
