Great Golf Course
Great pace of play, Only lost 2 balls, and had a great time. A little pricey for me but all in all a great course to play. I would play here again.
Nice course
While the layout and course conditions were great, tge pace of play wasn't. Unfortunately if you're going to load the course up, then you shouldn't allow any walkers.
I try to golf at Phillips 3 times a week I enjoy it at the time however around a lot of the green are burnt out I know water is expensive however it’s a must I rather it be thick and challenging Some of them were some what non existent I love the course
The staff is very nice I get greeted by my name that goes a long way I understand the heat is a bother This years every time I come parking lot is always packed and course is full The whole time Don’t take things always is about the money Trust me that’s why I been golfing for 35 years at this establishment Just don’t forget the small details By the way Having cold water every three holes is a big reason I feel safe from overheating I also have noticed the bunker have got better The course just needs to have a little love Keep it clean and the golfers will come
First time
This course was well maintained! With the mix of walking golfers and cart golfers slowed things down bit over all we had a great experience.
July 6th - Sunday Morning
Crowded course but a good pace of play. Very reasonable costs and the course was in very good condition.
Its a great public course, especially one owned by the city. Its a treat to play and I will always come back.

The Course is well maintained and challenging. It’s reasonably priced and staff is friendly.
Looks Easy, but lots of challenges!
Rough proved to be a challenge. However, the greens rolled very well.
Great Course for the value
I played a great 18 on this course. For the value, the course is great, well kept, good pace of play and challenging hole!
Hot day on the course
The day was very hot but the course was filled up. A nice time...the only complaint is that the clubhouse grill and refreshments closed at 4:30. No nineteenth hole for us with a 1:20 tee time. Many golfers had tee times that were after the grille closed. A course worthwhile despite that though.
Great value
Course is in great shape. Greens are slow but tricky.
Sand Traps definitely needs sand Greens need to be attended to alot of burning and water damage on greens and some fairways It seemed-the course is very short on staff With this heat coming it can been a disaster in the making I golf here alot I love the course greens need to-be better i hope the heat will not making it harder Attention to details
