Course under maintenance
I was wanting to get in a quick round to knock the dust off my game. The course doesn't offer many hazards so you stay out of trouble. It is a shorter course which leads to lower scores. All of the greens were recently aerated and covered with sand so they were very unpredictable.
Nice clubhouse,
I know the owner, he has improved this golf course by two stars . Great clubhouse, great staff, good food. Overall I would play golf here every day if I could .
ENJOYABLE
My wife and I are just starting to golf and have only been on the course 3 times. only finishing a complete round once. Everyone here are very friendly and helpful, staff and golfers alike.
Fun course
I always enjoy this course, People are real friendly, & pace of play is excellent. The greens fees are very fair, especially, for retired people. My husband & I both play, & it can get expensive at the higher priced courses, for two people.
Good little course
This is a good course with challenging holes and average yardage. It is not always in great shape but is very playable and fun. We enjoy playing it every time. the green fees are very reasonable and affordable.
My favorite course in northern AZ
this is the only course I like to play when coming here to the northern part of the state. I am a senior and like the fact that I can reach the greens in 2 strokes, not like the other courses that put all the par 4 holes at 400 t0 430 yards.
Great round
The course is in as good of shape as I have ever seen it. We had a great time. This is our go to course for the money.
DUMP A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY
This place is am absolute DUMP .They have no idea how to run a business. My son and i decided to play here because we live here. On the 5th hole our cart broke down we called the pro shop and 20 minutes later we were still waiting for someone to bring us another cart, no one showed up. We had to walk back to the pro shop where we were told that they had no idea what had happened
AVOID THIS PLACE. Dont waste your money. A REAL DUMP.
Fun course
Quail wood is a good place to golf if you don't want to spend a lot of money. You get what you pay for here. Overall the course is decent but greens are terrible and lots of leaves everywhere so hard to find your ball.
Fun short coarse
greens rough in places but great fun for the money.
Relaxing afternoon on frriendly course
Over the years, we've played this course many times. The course has enough variety and diversity to be challenging, but not intimidating for average golfers. If you are looking for a championship course which requires above average skills, go elsewhere. If you want a fun round of golf where you don't have to go on search and rescue missions to find a bad shot, try Quailwood.
Ive played worse
So i didnt expect much from this course to begin with. When you have stoneridge and Prescott country club up the street its hard to compare. There were some greens that had some brown areas in them. The layout is ok and not really hard. The thing that made this course "hard" was the rough. The rough in some parts were thick and long. Outside of that its just a below average maintained course. Honestly i wouldn't pay more than 15 bucks to play in the summer. It was good place fora hungover round that i didnt care about, i had fun though. Some of the holes bring a little challenge. If you an afford it, play stoneridge antelope and prescott cc. I only utilized this course to get a second round in over the weekend while we were in town for the holiday.
