I haven't come close to playing all of Arizona's golf courses, but in the northern section of the state, Elephant Rocks is my FAVE!

Beautiful course, great condition, slow play

Maybe evening golf is more relaxed but a group of 7 allowed to back things up. Otherwise gorgeous course, pretty wet but great condition. Really great driving range. I definitely want to try it again, but a bit earlier in the day. A rustic bar for drinks. Carts worked good. I'd recommend trying it out. I think a 3 pm time would be perfect.

Always a great time at Elephant Rocks

Love this place. No exception today. Very windy, but is on most days up here. Greens, fairways and bunkers in great shape. Staff was warm and friendly. Will play here again and again.

Must play course in Northern AZ

I try to play this course at least six times during the summer. It is one of my all time favorite courses to play in AZ. The course was in excellent shape with quick greens that ran very true. the layout is unique in that nine holes are truly mountainous with steep slopes elevated greens and nine holes fairly flat and wide open. The views are amazing. If you are visiting the Flagstaff area I strongly recommend playing Elephant Rocks you will not be disappointed!
