Antler Creek Golf Course

PLACE IS A DUMP! Every bunker is rocks and gravel if it's not being reclaimed by the earth and nested by geese that have overrun the course. Remains of what used to be bunkers are now gravel and grass with puddles, gravel patches in middle of fairways. Course is horribly maintained overall. NOT TO MENTION THE SLOW PACE OF PLAY BY THE WEEKLY KOREAN DELEGATION WHO TREAT A 5 HOUR PACE OF PLAY AS IF THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. If you genuinely want to play golf, then this course is to be avoided at all costs.

Front nine not in good condition but the design is a lot of fun

At one time it may have been in great shape, it’s not now. They gave up on the majority of sand bunkers and just put ground under repair signs in them. The fairways were either oversaturated with water or mostly just sand, depending on where you were at. The greens were decent, but like putting on carpet. The practice had some grass, just not where the teeing area was. It has or had… the potential to be a great track, needs a lot of TLC.

The staff was super friendly, best part of the round.

Terrible! In the Pro Shop, I asked for a hole guide or map. The employee said it was self explanatory. Well, not if you've never been there! There isn't a map on the scorecard, not a map on the golf cart windshield, no hole book, nothing! There was not a starter or Marshall. There were four single golfers in a row plus other groups. At each tee box, there would be a back up of two or three singles or groups waiting. While I don't always like to play with strangers, they should require some groupings. While the course was in fairly good shape, the experience was the worst I've had this summer and I've played 26 different courses.

Played the front 9 and walked. Was pretty flat but some of the transition walks between holes are longer than average. The course itself was in great shape with the greens rolling very well. Despite winding through a neighborhood, the course is wide and the fairway landing zones are very fair. We plan to try 18 with cart next time. Despite what the Golfnow site says, the posted rate did include the cart. They back out the $15 cart cost at the pro shop if you walk.

I have played this course several times and yesterday it was in the best shape ever. The greens were good, most fairways were in great shape, bunkers were rough but the bad ones were marked GUR. Pace of play was ok, a lot of twosomes…..

Some fairways, bunkers and all greens have improved from previous years, so Superintendent seems to be doing a good job with transition. Other bunkers are horrendous with weeds and no upkeep. Staff is friendly. Normal green fee price is outrageous for a course in this condition. All courses in Pueblo are much cheaper and in better condition.

The course was really good when it first opened up. Then it went downhill for some time. It was in such rough shape when I played it in OCT 2024, that I didn't play it again until I got a really good deal to do so this spring. This is my second round there this year and things are improving. There are still way too many dirt patches in the fairways, but the greens are much better and there are no longer plants growing in the sand traps. The sand traps would greatly benefit from replacing the gravel with sand.

While I would recommend this course to a friend, it would only be if they could get a discounted rate.

The course is in need of some major repairs, fairways and bunkers are in very bad shape.

It’s a fun course with a lot of tee boxes and options out of the boxes. There’s a lot of native vegetation and you can get in trouble easily if you drive it off the Fairway.

Whatever they’re doing, the course is in significantly better shape than the first time I’ve played here. If you’re playing here in 2026, you’ll see the course in a state of healing. Playable, greens are quick, some greens are slower due to sun exposure but overall can’t wait to see it again for 2027
