Mystic Dunes Golf Club

Overall our group will never play MD again and not to be recommended to anyone. Best to sell to four seasons for much needed housing in the area.

Staff in the pro shop excellent, the starter excellent. The older gentleman in charge of the carts was very unprofessional and definitely had an issue with us being from Canada on a golf trip. We play this course a couple times every year and due to this guy it will be our last time at this course. Only saw the beer cart on the back 9 and she was finishing for the day.

I played last week, course was busy and starting to green up after a cold start to 2025, A couple of tee boxes were thin and so were a couple of the early fairways, no big deal Florida winter golf. Otherwise, Mystic is back, greens are rolling nice, can’t wait to play again!!

mystic dunes. fun layout. funky but fun greens. the only issue is the tees are all bare. no grass ..not really a big deal as the greens and fairways aren’t bad .. i played on a special from golf now for 70 bucks .. which is what the course is worth. between 70/90 bucks

Played this course 3 years ago and said “Never again!”…well with some better reviews, obviously written by people who don’t know anything about a good golf course…I gave it another shot…this time I mean it! NEVER AGAIN!! $110 for a course in horrible shape and that has the most ridiculous greens you’ve ever seen. The only thing missing was the clown’s mouth. Do yourself a favor…even when every other course is booked or more expensive…Don’t Do It!! I guarantee you’ll regret it. This place is just a joke and should not be rewarded until they get serious about providing a half way decent experience!

The fairways were beat up and devoid of grass in many areas. The sand traps were inconsistent. The greens were totally tricked up. We played the course in 5 hours and 15 minutes, despite complaining to the ranger about the pace of play.

This place is a total money grab. I complained to the pro that even if this were a nice course, a 5 hour plus round is totally unacceptable. He countered with we have 1000 rounds per week and most of our feedback is good. I told him that we had played Celebration golf club the day before and it was in pristene condition. He explained that they overseed and charged me $40 more than I paid at Mystic Dunes. Believe me, this course is not worth any amount of money to play.

I was told by a friend not to play here, but an "advisor" at Golfpac advised me that the course was re-done 2 years ago and is much better now. I can't even imagine how bad it was before.

The condition of several tee boxes and greens are not in good shape. Several greens.are under repair making the unplayable in some cases.Hilton Grand Vacations promotes this course as elite and green fees back up this claim. I’m a Hilton Grand Vacations owner and it’s very disappointing to only get a ten dollar discount and have the course in this condition.

I played other courses the same week, Mystic Dunes fairways were in the worse shape.

I assume because of the season.

The greens were ok shape.

Course was in great shape for the round. All the amenities including carts, pro shop, clubhouse restaurant were exquisite. A lil repairs being done but no golf course is completely perfect. A lil pricey but other then that, would definitely recommend.

Being a former Diamond Resort and now HGV owner I was told Hilton would improve the course and is getting worse, sorry to see this happen as I enjoyed the course in the past.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The layout is challenging especially if you are not familiar with the course. The greens were perfect but the fairways were a little crispy (I don’t feel like it was their fault).

I haven't play Mystic Dunes in a 3 or 4 years and was excited to come back and play the course, only to be greatly disappointed in the course's condition. The tee boxes were in extremely poor condition. The fairways and the rough had numerous areas with dead grass, or were completely bare. In addition, the greens were in poor condition. To charge $130 for a round of golf on a course with those conditions was incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning.

We had an early tee time, so pace of play was excellent. Nice course with challenging greens and large waste bunkers. Would definitely recommend

Tee boxes are nothing but dirt. Fairways were not great. Greens were good. It has a nice layout, but it is NOT well maintained.
