Pine Creek Golf Course

I've lived in the area and played Pine Creek for years. Traditionally one of the nicer courses in the area. But unfortunately every time I've played the experience has gotten progressively more terrible. Booked my tee time on GolfNow, and turns out they had us right in the middle of a tournament. That's fine, we didn't mind some congestion. But the pace of play was unbearable! We could only get in 12 holes because it got dark on us! And our tee time was at 2p!!!

Complained to the management at the course, and they were rude and unhelpful.

To top it off, the condition of the course has gone COMPLETELY downhill. It was better in the winter! The fairways have enormous patches of dirt. The grass is brown and dying.

What in the world happened, Pine Creek???

Won't be returning for a while. You just lost one of your more loyal customers. See you at Windtree I guess.

Has the potential to be a nice course but not being maintained. No grass in fairways.

Good news - The greens are very nice. They roll good and are very receptive. The bad news - There's no grass in the fairways. They should stop play and try to salvage it. I played this course a lot last year and it was in great shape. I'm not sure if they cut the fairways too short or what happened, but it is literally like playing on concrete. The Tee boxes need some major overhaul as well. It would be nice to have a flat Tee box.

Chose this course because price/savings indicated it should be decent. This was true of the greens, ONLY, which were well tended and very green. The fairways were covered with dead, tamped down grass, and the dirt underneath was hardpan. It was like playing on concrete. Teeboxes (women's) were marginally better. Most of them looked temporary. Not much attention to detail at this course. We were to be paired up, but after waiting past our tee time for our playing partners, we teed off (no one behind us at this point). Course was busy, but pace of play was good. Had we known the condition of the course, we would not have played here. Was not worth the $33/pp we paid.

I enjoyed this course but got a tee time right after a tournament and ended up catching the tail end of it after 4 holes. After that we had to wait at least 5 minutes every stroke. I really want to play again soon with out the tournament.

The greens were excellent, but the fairways were so thin (down to the dirt) that it was hard to hit consistent iron shots. It is concerning that we are so far into golf season and there was hardly a sprig of bermuda to be found on the course. I understand the need for warm nights, but would nightly watering enhance the growth? Long way to go........to maximize the playing experience. By the way, the starter was excellent!

Greens are in good condition. The traps need sand and I can't wait till the weather changes and the course greens up.

I may have played this course too early in the season but I found a hot deal on golfnow and took my step son to play a quick 18. I anticipate that the course conditions will improve with the weather over the next few months and it will play a little better. Greens were in rough shape but were also recently aerated. I'll be back for another round given the price is right.

Third time I've played and I'll definitely return. The 6th hole par 3 is one of my favorite holes I've ever played.

The greens are fairly quick but very soft.It could be because of the time of year.regular green fees with cart are way too high.I must have a good deal to play again like I got with golf now.

People are very nice and the course is a fun course to play

I have played the course several times over the past year. The greens are always in great shape! It has been soggy the past couple of rounds but still in good shape! I recommend this course!

Pine Creek is a perfect course, challenging from the tips but not to hard for senior golfers. Not a cookie cutter course, has lots of changes, up/down, open/tight, go-for-it/lay up. Pace of play was great, ambassadors roam the course to assist in pace of play.

This course is always in good condition. Greens, especially for mid-November, are in great shape. I always enjoy playing here.

Greens are in good shape which provide more opportunities for lower scores. Nice club house & friendly staff.

for the time of year, the course was in good condition and the greens rolled true.

I was paired with two other singletons and we had a very nice time. The pin placements made the putting challenging but fair, the back nine is tougher than the front. Very friendly fairways and rough is not terribly rough on most holes.

Good course but the cost is too high for the Mt Juliet area. $38.00 to $40.00 would be fair.

The fairways were in very good shape. The greens were very soft and a little hairy. I believe the greens could have been cut a little tighter. The tee boxes were in the worse shape. The grass needed to be mowed on every hole except for the 18th tee box. The tee markers were too close to each other leaving only room to go back to find divot relief. One of the tee boxes had a hole in between the two markers. The biggest disappointment with the course was deffinately the tee boxes.

Overall good course. Staff was friendly and helpful
