Pine Creek Golf Course
About
Located east of Nashville in Mount Juliet, Pine Creek Golf Course claims to have the most well maintained greens in the area as well as some of the most affordable rates. The layout offers different challenges on the front and back nines for a diverse round. The first nine are links holes that tumble across rolling terrain while the back nine has a more traditional design with tighter fairways that require greater accuracy and strong iron play. The signature hole is the par-3 sixth, a hole generously framed with trees that crosses a large water hazards. It is a fair test for players of all skill levels but it was also designed with playability in mind. More seasoned golfers will find many risk-reward opportunities but beginners the forced carries won't punish beginners.

We were all set up Photo submitted by SqueakInBNA on 12/12/2019
Pinecreek with friends in from Florida.
I had friends in from Florida who were up for a Conference. While we got soaked on a couple of holes, the course was in good condition and nice to play. Even before the rain arrived we all noticed that the greens were playing very slow in comparison to the greens at Henry Horton which we had played the day before.
Solid golf course.
Solid golf course, good greens, great value, friendly staff. Reachable but challenging par 5's. I recommend this course
Great course and great value.
The course is challenging yet fair as tee to green the course is well maintained and provides plenty of room for error. Some holes are tighter than others, but all provide a fair challenge to all levels of player.
Greens nice, rest of course in poor shape!
course not even worth the $40.00 price tag obtained by going through golf-now. Certainly not worth $52.00 full price! If you want to play this course, call about the early bird specials! Then it's worth the $$.
The course played really well under the conditions.
While it was cart path only do to poor drainage, the course was set up well and in good condition. The drawbacks were the lack of a starter or a marshal to help speed up the crowded conditions. There was no regulating the first tee which leads to bottlenecks and slow play...the only problem i have had here but it is the continual problem.
Greens are in great shape!
I have played here a few times. It is always in better shape than the last time I played there. The staff is super friendly!
Worth the drive!
This was my first time to play this course and I had a blast. I was worried during the 45 minute drive to the course that I would be disappointed. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised. It had poured down rain over the weekend, and while the course was wet, it was in fantastic shape all things considered. If you want to play a challenging yet forgiving course that's tucked away in the woods then Pine Creek is the place to play. Thanks Golfnow.com. Without the amazing rate I got from booking through your site I may never have made the drive out to visit this awesome course.
course shape
greens are in good shape, still waiting on fairways to come in
Nice course, friendly staff
Pine Creek is a good course with some interesting holes. It is always well maintained and the staff is always friendly.
This course has a nice mix of easy and challenging holes.
I played this course after an overnight heavy rain. The condition was good even with some soft spots. This course is a score-able course with the mix of holes. Par 3's are challenging. There was a stiff wind when I played that made the Par 5's more difficult for me as a short hitter.
The clubhouse is beautiful and the facility was well maintained.
Wet Day!
Course is great, it had rained the night before so course was wet when we played. Always a good place to play, course is fun and challenging for the average player. Will be going again very soon.
Good beginners course.
Fairly flat layout with little water in play. This course sees a lot of action from beginners and high handicappers, so it takes a beating. Slow play is the rule, but folks are friendly. Bring the ladies and enjoy a social outing.
Great Layout!!!
Even though the course was under aeration, I knew this coming in, It had a great layout and the Staff was VERY FRIENDLY!!! I'm coning back...
good
great golf course. Many of water and sand trap.. 18 Holes of good golf. And a lot of hills.
Pine Creek golf course is only a short drive from Nashville.
Enjoyed this course very much. Would be beautiful in the summer. Starter was very welcoming.
Course is long and challenging but great fun
Even with cart path only rules this course provided fun and lots of exercise. We have played only a few times here but will certainly plan to play many more. My husband and I usually play best ball and move quickly. The pace of play on this day was great even though there was a foursome. The Marshall, David, kept tabs on the players and he kept us informed about the change to 90 degrees.
Fun course that offers many challenges.
Played this course on a warm January day. Had rained a lot the week prior so there were some soggy spots as expected, but even during the center of winter, this course was in good shape. Greens were about average in terms of speed. Tee boxes were also in good shape. I have played this course many times and will play many more.
I really like this course.
the day we played it had rained HARD that morning so there was really no relief in the fairways from standing water. With that being said we had fun anyway. :)
