Indian Hills Golf Course

Course was in good shape for this early in the year, although there were a couple of Tennessee bump em over in the early spring courtesies taken they were rarely necessary, layout is nice and scoring is very possible with accurately placed shots, most all holes have a well defined area to target for the tee shot and the greens have just enough movement to be fun and challenging. I was happy with the value for my money, the pace of play was decent and definitely not worth complaining over, the fellow golfers and staff were pleasant and the weather was great with sunshine and a little wind so the course could show off its charms and good looks. I would play again at the same price point.

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the course was. Good mix of easy and hard holes that provided a nice variety of club selections. Fairly tight course that made you think. Had a few blind tee shots that if I hadn't asked the regulars I played with where to look I would have been in trouble. The fairways were fairly good but will be better when warm weather hits. The greens rolled well and were fairly quick but can be faster due to undulations in the greens. Overall a fun day and will definitely be back and recommend this course to anyone.

the course was great. The people treat me nice. The clubs that I rented was awesome and the price was fair.

A couple of the holes have homes much closer than I felt comfortable with. Still a good course that provides a challaege.

I play here every chance I get for many reasons. 1st the course is so much fun to play. . 2nd the staff is always so pleasant , I look forward to playing this course 3 rd the course is always such good condition , for sure best greens in town . So for those reasons everyone so try Indian hills golf club . Tell them Ron told you to come.

I was very impressed with Indian Hills. I always rate a course first by the character of the layout, to keep you wondering what the next hole will look like. Indian hills accomplished this to me. The course conditions are above average and it is a very good value on golf now. I will definetly play here again.

The course layout is interesting and challenging. The fairway is in great shape, and heavily protected by hills and dropoffs. Fairly narrow course, but designed in an appealing way where you feel you can be aggressive. Greens shapes are fantastic, with plenty of slope. They had aerated a week before, but the greens had bounced back so much I didn't see a single putt bounce off-line. Great course, and they were running a great rate.

I have played here several times , the greens looked like they had a tournament within the past week or two , but it was the pace of play that ruined the day. They really need a Marshall the group in front of us repeatedly hit multiple tee shots , for me golf is a game that takes rhythm and pace in order to play well, at the pace the day went it was hard to stay in a groove.

course in great shape and play here frequently. staff always accomodating and helpful. however the "play rates" are no longer posted and when i questioned a young staff member he said "they vary". Paid $30 to play @ 3PM and when questioned why it was more than the regular senior rate of $28 he said there was no twilight rate for seniors...?? Had paid and played 9 with son in fairness to staff member and we decided to go ahead and play 18. said there was no way to charge us the rate for 18 holes so we had to pay the 9 only rate twice. hoping the rate policy becomes more transparent as the course is in great shape and really enjoyable to play

Most days is cart path only if it has rained in last few weeks and when u are off path some holes are still cart path only so after par 3s and the sodden holes ur walking a lot. Conditions fair most days and greens do putt sell when people aren't driving carts over them. Good course for price but nI thing special

It had been several months since I had been there and found the course in much improved shape...well done! The only downer is that lots of hacks out there that slow play....it was a beautiful day and everyone was out, but, that's Golf sometimes.

Played on the hottest day of the year, but played well. Paired with a good guy, also golfnow, and got around in 3 hrs. Course in good shape, with no major issues. Other golfers allowed us to play thru and really never waited on a shot. I would recommend this course.

I found that the staff is doing a great job in bringing the fairways back after a hard winter , now if we could only get the players to repair their ball marks and police themselves this wood be my go to course.

Played a round with the heat index of 116 deg but the course has water coolers to help with this. The greens are in good shape and there is fun to be had.

Nice course with a good variety of holes. Friendly ranger provides some good local course knowledge. Greens and tees were well maintained, fairways had some large bare patches though. Nothing a bit of sod can't fix. Couldn't understand why these were not addressed. It was very wet when we played. There are some drainage issues that need adressing to preserve the course and to keep the cart paths passable. Green fees were priced fairly for the experience.

First off, the old men that run the pro shop are extremely rude and standoffish. If you're not a member there, they treat you like a kid. I don't know why anyone wants to be a member there. The course is almost always cart path only. The first 3-4 holes, the fairways were plugged so it looked like a farm field. Just over playing this course. The only reason why I play thisnxoursenis because I find cheap deals on golf now and it's 10 minutes away from my house.

This course is convenient to many of the surrounding cities. It has challenging bunkers, water hazards and is in excellent condition.
