Indian Hills Golf Course

Other than getting paired with a walker who should be banned from the course for his behavior and the greens having some water damage, I thought this was the best public course I've played in middle tennessee. I thought the fairways where we'll kept. The tee boxes have definitely seen alot of use lately but that's also a sign of a popular course. I fully expect to play here again

Played Saturday afternoon - paid for 18 but only did 9 because when I got to the 10th tee there were two foursomes stacked up waiting. If I kept going it surely would have been a 6 hour round no thanks

#4,5,8,6 greens are in terrible shape, sand patches, missing grass, mud etc. For $71.00 per round i would expect decent greens, Ted Rhodes golf course in Nashville has impeccable greens for $43.00.

Greens and course were in horrible condition. They should be ashamed they are charging full price. Not worth $20 let alone $60.

$50 for a Senior Walker on Friday’s is massively overpriced for this course. Some of the greens such as # 4 and # 6 are in terrible shape.

Value for the money absolutely not worth it. Go somewhere else.

The course is in horrible shape. The greens had so much sand there was a rooster tail of sand behind my ball when I putted. Charging full price is a travesty and you should be embarrassed for doing so. I have played little county courses that were in much better shape. My advice, don't waste your money or time going here, you will only be mad you did.

There were several greens that were almost unplayable where they had lost turf. The rest probably hadn't been mowed in at least 3 days. They also just raised their rates in April. Stay away for at least a month or two. Definitely not worth the cost.

Staff improvements have elevated this course with others in the area. Greens remain an issue than went solved will draw additional golfers to Indian Hills.

Greens need a lot of love, especially on the front 9. Bare spots with sand poured on them. 5 hour round. We were behind a 4some that was extremely slow. About number 14 they skipped a hole and that helped the pace when finishing the round. Staff is great as always. Will definitely play again once the greens are better.

Not worth the money. Most greens were about 50% sand with massive trenches running through them. #4 has been a temporary green for over a year. It's in such bad shape, even the temporary green could use a temporary green. There is a crater taking up almost the entire back third of the 8th green. Drainage is the worse I've seen in Nashville. Save your money and play one of the city courses. It really is a shame. This course has so much potential but is being completely wasted.
